great food, awful service. get it to go!. when i go to a restaurant, i'm the boss. if there's one mistake many restaurants make, it's forcing theircustomersto learn their culture. servers should do that; serve.
we walked in, and the server came over and gave us a menu and took or drink order. 20 minutes passed in which she did nothing but take phone orders for delivery. the delivery staff went out through a broken door they didn't bother to close, and i had to repeatedly get up to close out the freezing air. we listened to the karate school next door. she finally returned and asked if we needed more time. wow. the food was good, but when i said i'd need a pitcher if water, she claimed to have only one. she refilled it without ice. the staff spoke loudly in a foreign language. she refused to turn up the volume on the tv for another patron. it was almost as if thecustomerswere intruding on their business. so, get take out. don't eat in.
