edo is unreal. i came across edo one day as i was in the mood for ramen. i googled 'ramen in hamilton', long and behold i discovered a wee little gem.
now hamilton is no auckland when it comes to food, we all know that, but we have to take what we can get and hope that genius people like edo's owners come to town and open a restaurant.
basically, if you want some bomb assramenthen go to edo, there is no better in town. also, if you would like some out of this world takoyaki, squid karaage, sashimi, sushi, fried noodle, tempura, lovely service, calming atmosphere, and more to accompany that ramen, then my friend you have won the jackpot here.
