this place is so authentic and satisfying. taste of food is really rich and good. everything i had was freshly made and there was very less tinch of artificial flavouring. this is a very rare and special quality for a cafe.

its located in yamuna colony.
beautiful place with indoor and outdoor seating.
i loved the ambience, the owner have a great taste in music and food is incredibly good.

it's a hidden gem of a place. everything is perfect. best burger ever!

she is indeed the queen of dessert.

the cakes are just great. even though i didn't order a burger, just looking at one was soul satisfying. totally worth going for. ordering a mud cake can take you on chocolate trips. i'll rate it 4.5 because your order might take some time even if you order less.

located near the clock tower, the cafe is in a very busy and crammed area. location is not very good.

the interiors though, are very nice and cozy. they have plenty of board games and novels to keep us occupied. a little fireplace in the corner keeps us warm in the chilly dehradun weather, specially in winters.
the place has specially gained popularity after its owner samantha came back from the show masterchef india where she was a contestant.
the place is self service and is managed by samantha along with her family members.
i just loved their red velvet cake that has a very soft texture and is very fresh it just melts in the mouth.
apple pie and chocolate brownie are okay-ish, but nothing competes with their red velvet cake.
their watermelon punch is totally irresistible and it has a dash of whipped cream added on top of it. it's very juicy and sweet.
the chocolate shake is very thick in texture with lots of ice cream and it just kept me craving for more.
they also have a seating area outside that also has a swing and it's decorated with lots of fairy lights.
only thing that put me off a little is that they only accept cash. no cards or paytm accepted, even in today's time where there is such a crunch for cash in india and everyone is trying to move towards digitisation.

located near yamuna colony, fifty meters from chakarata road, opposite rohan motors, goes a flight of stairs to eddie’s.

décor and ambience:
the first thing one notices is their exteriors, with an outdoor seating facility is a nice terrace garden inspired area with beautiful flower pots, a lovely garden swing and certain chairs and tables for those who like sipping their coffee while enjoying the pleasing weather of dehradun. it looks more wonderful during the evenings when they put on their lanterns and some of the rice lights. it looks like a sky full of stars! totally mesmerizing. moving to the indoor seating arrangement with some nice books and board games, one can come across peppy songs being played which add to the pleasant ambience. the interiors are very clean, spacious and comfortable and provides one with enough peace and tranquility.

food:
eddie’s offers a variety of scrumptious cakes, pastries and other bakery products. they serve the best “caramel cold coffee” – which is a must try, “snicker shake” – made with perfect consistency, “hot chocolate”, “mojitos” and a large variety of other beverages. also served are some delicious “cheese grilled sandwiches” – very cheesy and crisp, “burgers’, “puffs” – crispy with cheese filling, and amazing “pitta wraps” which taste very soft and fresh. 

they have creative cake designs and are always open for suggestions. place an order for a cake, and they won’t fail to amaze you. while in desserts, they make amazing tarts, muffins, cherry pasties, blueberry pastries, éclairs, brownies, cupcakes and mud cakes, the best red velvets and the list goes on. a must mention, pastries especially happen to be very soft and mouth-melting even after refrigerating over night. excellent quality with affordable price.

the owner of this place is a wonderfully polite lady, very sweet and friendly, and she happens to make this café as wonderful as herself. it is worth visiting. and my most favorite for spending some quality ‘coffee’ time.

one of the most yummiest red velvet i have had. brilliant mouth watering cakes and pastries which will blend in your mouth deliciously. a good nice ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. the owners are really welcoming.
p.s- apart from pastries they have wonderful coffee too.

holy mother of god , the red velvet pastry here is mind blowing ! visited this place on a friend's suggestion and can't thank her enough. the pastry was fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth. also, the blueberry cheesecake ! that tangy taste along with little crunchy-ness of blueberry on top followed by the creamy cheesecake is fantastic. the place is also quite warm and inviting with a nice collection of books on a shelf. too bad they don't accept cards in this time of demonetization.

seeing the owner being praised on masterchef india intrigued me to visit this outlet. the place is very nice with decent interiors and a cozy feel, apt for spending some nice time with your loved ones. they have indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement, with some good books to read and some indoor games as well. the cafe has a lot of variety in cakes and bakes. the portion size of a pastry is big (too much to be finished by one) but worth the price. the only thing which could be improved upon was the menu which was written on a black board all over the place. all the stuffs are not displayed on the counter and with the menu on left, right and center, it is difficult for or a first timer to find, decide and order. in all, a nice place :)

this had to be the best bakery shop in dehradun. fresh bread cakes with a variety of taste. i ❤️ eddies. this bakery shop is located in kishan nagar, opposite to rohan motors. it's beautiful inside out. with a small space cafe where you could read books and have a good time over coffee.

simply superb !!! my happy place , best burgers , pita wraps , hot dogs and my all time fave , salted caramel eclairs and mud cake . the breads are the very best available in town
