the restaurant was so beautiful and elegant. the staff very personal friendly and professional. the manager allowed me to change my steak i didn't like it so i got lamb chops and he made a suggestion i should get them which he suggested medium well done and they were delicious 😋 very moist and tender. i will definitely go to back again and get the lamb chops

love echo & rig. from the first time my family and i ate at echo & rig, we knew we had found our new favorite resturant.
the staff is very friendly as well as the chef, we have never had a bad server or bad service. i would recommend echo & rig to every one who want good food, good atmosphere and good service...

my boyfriend and i came here specifically for the rib-cap (our favourite cut of steak) and it did not disappoint. the service was impeccable and the food delicious. also the hand scrub in the bathroom was an extra nice touch! will be back without a doubt next time we are in vegas

outstanding!!! this place pays attention to detail. from the hostess introduction to them communicating to server who my boyfriend and i were. our server (oscar;ask for him for sure) was amazing and so informative for 1st time clients (we will be back). we started w/the oysters and clams (amazeballs-best i've ever had!!). and now the steaks, the steaks, the mac n cheese, the garlic chips, the portello mushrooms, even the bread and butter....superb! and they even allowed us to partake in their dessert the berry shortcake for my boyfriends birthday! very nice and light! if i was a food critic i would tell everyone to dine here when you are in lv! thank you!

if you like very flavorful, well prepared food, this is the best in vegas. reasonable pricing, unbelievable service (ask for elisha) and caring staff.
frequent las and will definitely bring my people here every time.

a good steakhouse in the ‘burbs is rare, so chef sam marvin’s echo and rig can easily lay claim to being one of the best. located in the perennially empty tivoli village, the modern, open two-story space features a butcher shop and bar on the first level and the main dining room and patio on the second. the menu is dominated by appetizers and small plates. the best of the bunch might be the portobello fries ($9.80) with their crispy, crunchy fried exterior. if you want more fried food, try the lamb cigars ($8.10) too. a thin, crispy egg roll-like wrapper covers a savory lamb mixture and is accompanied by a tzatziki sauce. less successful was an excessively oily gratin ($5.90) full of caramelized onions, roasted pumpkin squash, sage and gruyere. you may want to avoid the steak tartare ($8.10) as well. not only is it the least appetizing looking dish there, the mushy texture made it doubly unappealing. craving a salad? they’ve got some good ones, like a kale salad ($8) with baby yellow beets, toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese and a citrus vinaigrette (we subbed arugula for the kale). if you want one with a little more substance, their arugula salad comes with plenty of prosciutto and is large enough for two to share. as for main entrees, the spencer steak ($27.70) is a solid choice. it’s a prime grade, center cut rib eye that had a modest amount of charring and a savoriness that was enhanced by their mushroom sauce — a rich and earthy accompaniment that surpassed their other complimentary sauces. brussels sprouts are all the rage these days, and their version ($8.10) was enhanced with pistachios that added a nice crunch and salinity to the dish. even better was a grilled summer corn ($5.90) dish showcasing a char and smokiness that reminded me of eating corn on the cob straight from the grill, but without the mess or random kernels stuck in between my teeth. not to be overlooked is their butcher blend burger ($12.40) – a great savory and juicy blend of chuck and brisket.

thanksgiving meal. i bought the thanksgiving meal for $189. we actually enjoyed the couple times we have come in to eat. maybe because they were prepping in bulk, it fell short. nothing was seasoned. everything was very bland. the gravy was probably the worst gravy i have ever had. it was a very disappointing dinner. expected a lot more in taste.

terrible. let's start off with the fact that this is supposed to be a steakhouse and the largest steak they offer is a 9oz.

then let's talk about these chairs. i think these cheap uncompfortable chairs came from big lots, and i'm talking about the wooden chairs, i guess i wasn't important enough to sit in the upholstered chairs.

ok. now on to the water. what was that? las vegas room temperature tap water?

now the service. the manager was creepy and the server was, um, not very helpful with the menu. the food was mediocre. i'm not a fan of gourmet. i'm still hungry.

so, the atmosphere was reasonable, a little noisy, not very private. the service, i've had better, and the food, for being in tivolli village, this place should be better.

i'll choose outback next time.

great steak!. definitely worth a test drive! good value and service was great (ask for jason)!! little noisy for this older guy inside so get there early and dine on the patio for the best experience!!!

i keep giving this overrated place second, third, and fourth tries because some of my friends swear by it. the service is always terrible. the servers always seem annoyed that they have to wait on you. and i can get a good steak almost anywhere. reject the hype and stay away.

great food. can't wait to return.. went on a whim. stayed at sun coast which is right across the street. i wasn't dressed very well and it is a pretty fancy place, but they made us feel welcome. we had several appetizers, the fried spinach was crazy good. also had the grilled bacon and melon salad....both very good. had their homemade sausage of the day.....absolutely delicious. before we headed to the airport the next morning we stopped and bought a variety of sausages form their butcher shop. the butcher was very cool and set us up nicely. next time we will definitely try their steaks. they looked great.

everything was excellent! this place is a gem off the strip. nice, cozy, higher end feel without the high end cost. dinner for two with apps, cocktails, and steaks and sides was $130. considering the high quality food and service i consider that a fair price. i will be back!
