eathos

finally got to try eathos for the first time thanks to zomato, i had heard so much about the place and it definitely didn't disappoint!
we went for lunch and got the protein with twosaladswhich is priced at €14.50, not a bad price in my opinion for the quality of food that you are getting. after much deliberation i chose the chargrilled organic salmon which came with a red pepper, hazelnut and lemon salsa and the camargue red rice with quinoa and green beans for my two sides. i definitely found it hard to chose as i would have eaten and enjoyed almost anything off of the menu, they have a really good range to suit everyone. i can't fault the meal at all and the staff were also extremely nice and helpful but do keep in mind that it isn't a very big place so you might struggle to find a seat at busy times. i can't wait to go back and try out their breakfast menu and amazing looking treats!

when you walk into eathos it's a foodies paradise. the colours are so vibrant and everything looks so fresh and tempting. for breakfast i have had the acai bowl. it was nice but very light with only a small sprinkling of granola. i wouldn't order the same again but the brunch menu offers plenty of other delicious dishes. lunch was the opposite, hugely generous portions! i opted for the protein and 2saladsand struggled to finish but everything tastes as fresh as it looks. felt good after a healthy lunch.

been dying to try this place and finally managed this weekend for lunch. i love the interior firstly, it's so white and fresh! as soon as u walk in your drooling over all the healthy cakes and plates ofsaladseverywhere! i opted for the lunch menu, although i want to return for breakfast! i got the chickpea burger on pitta as my protein and paired it with 2 salads. there were so many to choose from and i'm not sure i picked the very best to complement my chickpea but it was all tasty- i got the puy lentil with sour cherries, bacon and blue cheese and i also got the halloumi and fig salad. there was so much choice so i will defo have to go back ! got the unlimited sparking water for 2 euro for the table which is a nice concept! wanted something sweet to finish so had the peanut butter s'more which was gorgeous, followed by sample of the carrot cake which was fabulous! it's a lovely place but defo not one for just before pay day as it is quite expensive!

this is a lovely new cafe. the interior is very fresh and the staff are friendly. the food here is great if you are looking for a healthy option. i had a protein and twosaladsoption and i couldn't fault it in any way. the display of the food on the counter is a sight to see!

i love love love eathos. the gluten free brownie... oh man, it's a seriously good brownie! the wine is fab. thesaladsare a tad over priced but they look so pretty that it nearly makes up for it.
the scones, pastries, and cakes are all fabulous. i sometimes just stare in the window at them to see what's new!

ok this place is a carbon copy of the wonderful ottolenghi in london but who cares?! unfortunately all i got to try was the gluten free pecan blondie which was divine! so so moist and fudgy. will definitely be back to try their beautiful lookingsaladsand check the coffee out, yet to find anywhere as good as 3fe yet.

really tasty healthy food with lots of choice. staff are helpful and friendly but this place is way over priced for lunch. i don't want to spend 14.50 for a protein and 2saladsfor takeaway.

lovely weekend brunch spot. not the cheapest place, but has a huge menu including sweet treats aswell as healthy bites. huge bonus having a take-out menu also full ofsaladsand desserts

oh my goodness this place is unreal!! so fresh so healthy so many options for breakie/brunch/lunch...and the dessert counter is sooo tempting! it's definitely a tad on the pricey side- 14.50 for a salad is pretty expensive for dublin....i will still pay it because i really liked the place but i would say it's not for everyone! for thesaladsyou choose a protein and 2 or 3 different side salads....thesaladsare so nice i would even have them without the protein but the salmon was yummy!

popped into eathos for coffee & a saturday morning treat yesterday. i went for the blueberry and raspberry summer morning pastry which was filled with custard of some description. it was fabulous. i cannot wait to go back and indulge in a few more pastries, not forgetting to mention those beautiful lookingsaladstoo!
