hot. ask for extra spicy curry, and we got it. they used ghost peppers in our curry. it was really good! great environment at the base of the mountain. highly recommend it to everyone!

skip the entrees....got to whistler a few days ago and wanted to find a good spot for hot wings and beer. even though the wings are $13, they're fantastic. we also had the chips and they were great too. that was yesterday. so we thought their dinner would be just as good, if not better. well we were wrong. we went in tonight and had the wings to start which were great again and then my wife had the shepard's pie and i had the steak sandwich. i ordered the steak medium and it came to my table rare. mistakes happen and so i requested a new steak. after a few minutes, the same steak came back to me on the same baguette (which was now soggy) and arugula which was now wilted. my old fries were now cold and the whole experience was disappointing. my wife's shepard's pie was very small and bland. costco's shepard's pie is 10 times more flavorful which isn't saying much. the waitress gave us a quick sorry but didn't really go out of her way to correct the issue. next time we're in whistler we'll come for hot wings/beer but that's it. nice atmosphere and great live bands but skip the entrees.

great food, friendly servers, fun irish music, cute atmosphere, kilkenny on tap.....what's not to like?

nice place, plenty of draft beer choices, 20 oz. pints, pleasant pub decor, excellent food both quantity and quality, good music. i would go back for sure.

cool spot. always been curious about this place every time i go to whistler. has a real old feeling to it inside, they capture the oldschool pub atmosphere very well. the prime rib sandwich was pretty good, it was on a garlic bread and had a gravy as well. they came with a 5 step process or something fries which were also pretty good, i guess the irish knew a thing or two about potatoes. the harp lager was pretty good, as was the smithwicks ale, it was a bit lighter than a guiness and it was awesome.

best apres ski ever!. we loved dubh linn gate! pop in there after a cold day out on the slopes and warm up with some fries with gravy and and irish stew, then add a pint of guinness and some great live music...heaven! great food, cozy environment and excellent service.
