downtown fresh beer cafe

one of my favourite places in gurgaon. their wheat beer & butter chicken combo (& ofcourse dal makhni) is undoubtedly one of the best in the neighbourhood. the choice ofmusicplayed and great service adds further to this place!

the place looks brilliant!! themusicis outstanding, rock n roll. the vibe, beautiful.

the beer, unfortunately, falls flat on its face and doesn't do anything.

terrible brewed beer. tasteless and week. i had leave it and order bottled. 

the chilli chicken and the bloody mary were both great though.

my wife and i went back fron dinner to uptown for the second time in five days and came back happy again. great intriguing ambience, fine food, yummy brews, friendly warm and knowledegable service, andmusicthat was just right - fun and peppy, yet not so loud you had to shout to talk. an authentic smokey thin crust pizza with cheese that was melting off the pie, grilled fish done to perfection and great oriental food too. and all this at reasonable prices. plan to make this our party venue.

the service was good, just the right amount ofmusicvolume. the drinks were quite fulfilling and did not disappoint in any way! food was alright, not too good, but just enough to complement the drinks.

the perfect after work place with comfortablemusicdecibels which makes office chit chat possible. snacks are great and service is polite and prompt. location is an added advantage.

in the last 3 months i have been going to uptown roughly once every week to 10 days and have never been disappointed. the ambiance is nice and cozy and feels safe, themusicsubdued, the beer absolutely superb, the crowd is neat and maintains social distance, the food and service is great. the cost is also reasonable. we love the veg and non veg platter, the mutton curry and dal makhani meal and the fish tikka as well as fish fingers. yesterday we tried chinese for the first time and it was also awesome ie cantonese veg dumplings, veg wonton soup and stir fried greens with haka noodles and they were all superb. the dim sums with their super thin coating were great. but the best surprise was the warm welcome from the team led by shantu the restaurant manager to a now regular customer who had booked a table on the 1st of jan 2021. do see the picture. do give the place a try and let me know how you like it.

uptown is my go-to pub and its the one i have missed the most since lockdown. it was the kind of place you just go to by default when you want to feel better. the food, the ambience, the beer, themusic(and i mean the days they play classic rock) and the amazing warmth from the staff makes feel great! waiting for the day it's safe enough for me to go back. highly recommend the wheat and dark beer. pizza and cheesy garlic bread are great but the indian food is the best! 🍻

one of best bar that i have visited. the ambience is just too perfect and the staffs are extremely courteous. the crowd is good and decent. the food over here is cooked to perfection, leaving your tongue satisfied and wanting for more. the bar is well stocked and they have a far better collection of beer than any other place. themusicis enjoyable, the only place where its not trashy. saturdays are crowded and almost every week there is live dj. overall a great place to visit with your friends or even with your family on a weekday.

uptown beer cafe serves fresh beer with delectable food will surprise you with some of it's finest dishes.

for the starters we were served the uptown karara masala papad (big enough for 4 people), greek salad, manchurian papdi chaat - which was really unique and tasted great. another recently introduced dish in their menu are the mini kulchas which were extremely delicious and are not to be missed when you visit here.

@uptownbeer cafe claims to have the best dal makhani and hands down they are right. the dal leaves a very subdued after taste which lingers on for a while.

the sweet paan puri shots were again one of it's own kind and we completed our meal with this dessert.

with electric ambiance andmusicwhich transported me to my college days, i certainly had a great time here and would recommend this place to everyone.

i visited the cafe along with my friends with mixed feelings about the space and the ambience as i know the reality of realty at galleria mkt. when i was told that the uptown fresh beer cafe is in galleria mkt, i was taken aback. i have been visiting galleria for quite a while now and only now i've come to know that it has 2-3 bars/pubs!

ambience & music:- it has a very contemporary ambience withmusicput at the right volume where one can induldge in good conversations. this certainly is a big advantage as they keep the atmosphere lively at the same time helps u talk.

drinks:- they have the best of drinks. we tried their classic liit which was made with the best of liquor. the other one that we had

menu:- menu is soo well designed that it was difficult for me to decide that what all i should eat.

i ordered hummus & pita, which is one of my favourites and i know most of you guys love that too,cheesy garlic bread, pepperoni pizza, panned arrabiata, daal makhani & most innovative meggi au-gratin.

hummus & pita platter:- and when you have such amazing hummus then all other things tastes amazing.soft pita and nicely grilled is perfect for a good meal and nicely cooked and crispy.

pepperoni pizza:- was smoky and crispy base, amazing taste with good presentation.

panne arrabiata:- was tasty as well as other dishes also.

best of all was meggi au-gratin- i love this innovative dish of meggi with italian-indian twist,it was awesome in taste with amazing presentation finally our server served us the bestest daal makhani, it was certainly the best daal makhani we have ever had, it was really amazing as per taste....out of the world.

dessert:- we tried the chocolate chocolate puri paan shots:- it was innovative desserts of chocolate and golegappa with paan shots,we loved it.

rabri panacotta:- we tried the rabri panacotta. it was also a very different but interesting dessert.

food was nicely and hygienically served on time.

highly recommended.

i visited this place last eve with my friends. as it's near to my home ☺& we had really good experience either it's food,musicor service everything was superb & we thoroughly enjoyed ❤. but the most amazing part was fresh beer really yummy😋. definitely will visit again 🍻🍻

just love this place to hangout with friends .themusicthey play is perfect blend of retro,jazz & some of latest english songs too.they serving best pizza i had in ggn so far .a pocket friendly lovely place .highly recommended. cheers🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
