this beautiful cafe is located in sector 21, chandigarh.
along with serving cafe specifics, few indian, chinese & continental dishes are also present in the elaborated menu.

the ambience is warm with beautiful light strings hanging from one end to the other, spacious layout & elements of paintings all around.

the portions are pretty filling, service is quick & it's a total "paisa wasool" category place.

coming to the taste:

1. paneer makhani pizza - 4/5
loved the thin crust crispy base, loaded with tangy makhni curry sauce & topped with herbs & chunks of smoked paneer that gave a perfect fusiontasteto the pizza.

2. stuffed mushroom - 4/5
crunchy fried coating on whole mushroom caps stuffed with cheese. would have been a perfect "5/5" with lesser oil on the surface.
this was served with delicious spicy tangy salsa dip that gave a kick to the whole dish.

3. bubble gum shake & black currant shake - 5/5
the food here is good but the shakes are just amazingggg. one of the best shakes i have had lately & that too at such reasonable prices.
both the shakes were thick, creamy & had such evident irresistible flavours that will make you fall in love with every sip.

overall, one of the best places to sit & chill in the city with such amazing ambience at super affordable prices, good food & great shakes.

few things you can try here for sure: lasagna, chopsuey (they’ll make it only on demand, it’s not there on the menu), stuffed mushrooms

what i love about this cafe is that it’s so worth every penny. it’s not hard on the pocket and at the same time, delivers good quality delicious food.

mushroom duplex~ slightly on the higher price range. crispy coated mushroom stuffed with cheese and herbs. served along with a yummy chipotle dip.

lasagna~ not the classic lasagna. served with a sheet of paneer in the lasagne pasta. adds a good flavour. thetasteof the sauce is smack on. quantity of veggies is perfect.

amazing place to chill and satisfy your cravings at economical prices and great attastein the heart of the city. this outlet was damn near my office and we went there for a casual outing. the food was simply amazing at the most affordable prices and the ambience too was cozy with dim lights and soft music.
we ordered:
- cheesy garlic bread
- spinach and corn sandwich
- farm fresh pizza
- coke

i loved their sandwiches a lot which were healthy and luscious which won 5 star rating.

not so grand and wow place but interiors are beautifully designed and the staff is nice too.
we ordered here
1) fried rice with chilly chicken
2) mexican pizza
3) vanilla flavoured cold coffee
4) tiramisu flavoured cold coffee

i must say that both the drinks were awesome and refreshing but the food was quite boring and lacked taste.
the pizza was ok intasteand the fried rice with chilly chicken disappointed me the most. no doubt the pieces were soft but the gravy needs a lot of improvement.

in frame-chilly garlic noodles....ordered it for the 3rd time ndtastewas different every time i ordered...first time it was perfect..2nd time too spicy but good...nd this time not so yummy..

never order from this place, worst food ever, spoiled my day...... wastage of money notasteworst packing ever.... even a street vendor can cook better food than these people...

if you"re looking for a cozy place for a date that serves good food . you can't go wrong with downtowncafe&bakery.it is located inner market sector 21 c next to pink square .i recently visited nd tried their lip smacking dishes !!thetasteof the food is just awesome. they have really work hard on the detailing of their decor nd ambience.tastend presentation is just awesome !! this place never disappoint u. the staff is so humble nd service is quick too . i just loved the food surely visit again

its a nice small cafe to hangout with friends. great ambience and quality food. its a perfect place to serve your appetite as they provide good quantity in a reasonable range.
i ordered the following items

cheese fries - these were amazing totasteand the quantity enough to satisfy a whole bunch of people . 4.5/5

mexican pizza - the crust was thin as specified, fully loaded with veggies and cheese . 5/5

paneer skewer sizzler - after trying the above two items i had great expectations from this one. but they failed to stand to my expectations. the sauce on paneer cubes made thetastemiserable. the veggies were raw and tasteless without even a bit of salt. though i liked thetasteof bell peppers in it. rice were properly steamed . 2.5/5

in drinks we ordered -
plain mojito and the one with orange flavour . both of them lived upto expectations. the one with orange flavour shone. 5/5

recently i visited this place with my friends and i full enjoyed.
this is best outlet for pizza lovers.
service is excellent.
fopd they are serve is best.
pizzatasteis best.

we ate butter chicken,white sauce pasta,pizza and cold coffee.thetastewas good and hospitality too.the place had nice ambience. would go again and again

the stuffed mushrooms are a must try. the hot and crispy mushrooms with a burst of cheddar and mozzarella cheese was packed with flavor.
the fish and chips were very delicious ,right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a yummy mayo dip.
lastly tried the chicken nanini which tasted decent. it had alot of spices 😪.
overall it was a nice experience to have atasteof downtown cafe.
