pathetic experience at downtown cafe, i guess they are going through an acute staff shortage or something of the sorts. we called the server to take our order about 3-4 times and only then he took our order. we ordered veg pasta and sunny side up. the pasta arrived and after about 20 mins. when the second dish didn't come we had to remind him again to get the second dish. that came after good 10-15 mins. again though this time only 4-5 tables were occupied, the service still didn't improve. we wanted to order more dishes and again called the server 2-3 times. he still seemed busy so we asked for the bill, paid and moved onto midpoint cafe to satisfy our hunger. won't be returning again. still i wish them the best. cheers!
