probably the first time i felt so disappointed with the quality of the food offered. normally they are spot on with the quality and taste, but this time around it was an utter disappointment. they cut down on most of their popular menu items like the fish and chips and added few items that were so not double roti standard. their burgers were okay ish, and the steak could have been better. may be it was their off day, but never expected such service from one of my favourite place for continental food in chennai.

its always been a pleasure dining in double roti... i love their pizzazz and their burgers and my favorite is their double trouble burger. their service has always been great, and developed a good rapport with their service guys. it will be great if they continue to maintain their quality of service and their food

we ordered best fried chicken, buffalo chicken burger and baked mac n cheese. everything tasted great with good quantity and quality. we also ordered oreo milkshake, which by far the best in the city! service by mr. prakash was good and timely.

i’ve had the superior burger and shroom burger, i find that both have no texture or flavour pop, they are good but mostly just mushy and cheesy. the buns are amazing though, they are a few raw onions, potato chips and paprika away from greatness

we just decided to order and pick up from double roti as we live next door. had ordered a maggi dish and a wholesome meal ( dijon chicken). after ordering and going to pick up, had to wait another 20mins and we thought swiggy would have been better. anyways found the chicken in the dijon dish to be really stale. pasta on the side was fine, sauce was really tasty but couldnt eat it because of the stale chicken. even the bacon bits were ok. called a couple of times before having to write a review. bad experience
