try the head. a fabulous little satellite location for the main restaurant just up the road. the smaller menu here focuses on tacos (doubled-up soft shell or homemade hard shell), of which there are many choices (including chicken, beef, pork, and more exotic choices like beef's tongue or head and tripe). there are a few other items, like burritos and tortas, with rice and refried beans as sides. i'm guessing they do mainly take-out, as seating is limited (they have just a few booths). sign says they're open 7:00 am until 10:00 pm every day. that early opening time will be good for those seeking a post-binge bowl of menudo. (and yes, i had abeefhead taco, and yes it was just lovely!)
