food is really, really good. cheesecakes are great, too (cheesecake connoisseur here). what i really love about this place, though, is the ambience, and that we can smoke while eating or sipping our drinks outside in veru comfortable chairs with agoodview (unlike most cafes or restos which only allow smokers to stand in some desolate corner).

their taro milk tea is a must-try, while i would really recommend their red velvet cheesecake for cheesecake lovers. it is so thick and worth it for its price.

overall 10/10 for me. the staff already even recognize my boyfriend and i as we keep coning back here!

dolce café - you are not just enjoyinggoodfood , great drinks but exemplary overlooking scenery of cebu. a recommended venue for personal meetings, chit chat with friends and leisure time for reading or surfing the net. prices are fair enough with the fancy interior design of the place. but the idea of having coffee under the stars, just blew my mind away. that is just an ideal "me time" for me.

i've been to this place for a couple of times and i have really enjoyed my experience here. there won't be a problem where to stay because you can either dine outdoors or indoors. the interior is calming and subtle. the restroom was also unique and different which i like very much. the only thing i'm concerned of is, their savory meals; it's only limited. the place offers a lot of delectable desserts and coffee. it's agoodplace to chill with family or friends.

we went there at night after our dinner. the place was a bit cozy blended well by their lightings.

the cake that we ordered is not that yummy though where it has a lower layer of crushed cookies which was does not suit the subtle texture of its upper layer.

for their frappe, it wasgoodin overall, it would have been better if dolce could have a variety of size options like small, large and extra large.

the al fresco is nice though.goodfor dates which gives a blend of subtle wind and cool air.

homey ambiance paired with mid level pricey pastries and coffee. agoodplace to study and relax. not crowded, a hole in a wall for me. but demands for your own ride, grab is not an option.

great ambiance and agoodcoffee.. nice location for relaxation.. affordable coffee with a big mug specially their 16 oz. i ordered their mocha so far it's good. they also served rice meals and more..

the interior design of the cafe is great especially on christmas seasons. the view outside is also nice and relaxing. agoodplace to chill out. the price is just fair. i've been here a lot of times and still love to go to back.

if you'll gonna go with the place, surely you'll love it. with the panoramic view of city lights plus it is away from the noise of the city. verygoodplace to catch up with friends, to just talk outside. however, what we dont like was their cakes. its kinda dry, tasted like old stock already. but their drinks were in the normal taste.

a nice place to hang out & dine during night time because you will get to enjoy the view of city lights but not necessarily going far from the city..😊 this restaurant isgoodin serving coffee, teas & shake while paired it with their sweet cakes & other treats. did i mention dine? yep, they also serve food like pasta & basic meals for those who are not choosy on the menu. hehe!😁

the area is clean and bright, which i like. the food are presented very well and very delicious. it is a bit distant from the city which makes it agoodplace 👍🏼

i love coming here with my friends and playing cards against humanity. it's a really chill place. we usually sit outside on agoodweather and the bars adjacent to this cafe let us have music as well because we can hear it.

the only issue that i found in this cafe is that, they don't clean the leftovers outside and some of their seats outside are broken.

i have one suggestion if ever someone from there sees this. can they put a sign that says clean after yourself and put dustbins around the area. i think this will get them to have more customers since some of them (like me and my friends) we prefer to sit outside but if it's not clean, or the seats are broken how do we stay?

it's got you one great view of the city down below. it's agoodplace to hang out, chill, and maybe even a date with your someone. basically, i would say it's more a hangout place. no special comments on the menu, but the food isgoodthough. and, you have your drinks too. pretty much agoodplace to spend quiet time if you want to get out of the loud city.

the most romantic place to have a coffee and cakes under the stars in the city. i love this place because of the class and ambiance. their cakes are exceptional, think like all their cakes here. everything seems perfect!

however, i not a fan as much as i am with their pastries with their beverage the blended one. their coffee is acceptable and teas are soothing and comes from a reputable brand.  i also have one recommendation in mind,  i hope to hear live bossa nova singing here soon. 

generally, if you want to date a girl or hang out with friends this place is agoodplace to be.
