health conscious but not service conscious. i enjoy the food from d'lishdrivethrough a lot... the ingrediants are fabulous and fresh. the food is so good it kept me coming back for a long time!
this was in spite of the fact that the service was variable. sometimes it was fast and pleasant, other times it was slow and pleasant. i usually go there for lunch so i had to be aware to leave enough time in case they were having a slow day at thedrivethrough.
however, eventually i noticed that they often substitued items for other items in my order without telling me. i would go back to my desk at work to eat and discover this. most of the time it wasn't a problem, but i am on a food plan so it could pose a potential problem.
i called the establishment and leave my name and number for a call back with my concern but i never heard back from them. i also went one more time and i felt the guy at the window was giving me a stare down; suddenly the place didn't seem as friendly. when i got back to my desk, my order of hummus was about half of the hummus they had given me before.
i took the hint. i don't think they want my business. they have totally great reviews as a coffee place, but i can't recommend them for a lunch place. although i adore their food, i have had to stop going and i took the menu down from my office's bulletin board... i didn't feel i could in good conscience recommend them to others for lunch.
