dino's pub

this place is about 5 minutes from my house and has some excellent priced, filling, bar food options.  they have a great variety of food, ranging from wings, to burgers, to pizzas, salads, ribs, and steaks!  i had the crispy chicken salad and it was a huge portion, tasty, and well presented.  also the sweet potato fries were delicious.  make sure to get a side of chipotle ranch to dip them in.  this place has lots of tv's so if you are looking for a local place to watch a game, this is the place.  they also have a few pool tables, and a decent beer selection.  daily specials areniceas well, and i hear the prime rib is worth going for.

i've been to dino's pub twice in the past week now and had pretty enjoyable experiences both times. of course the fact that i'm in town alone made it less enjoyable since everyone at the pub seemed to be there in a group and socializing up a storm, and i can be shy (unless i'm drinking a lot but i haven't been doing that much lately for health reasons). the food is pretty much what you would get at any pub around here. there really isn't any particular menu item that stands up, and i didn't see or taste anything that blew me away. that being said, the prices were decent, the crowd wasn't particularly douchey (as can often be found at sportsbars) and the vibe was nice. if i was here with friends i would most certainly go there more often and try my hand at the pool etc. my waitress was also reallyniceand responsive and quick.,,
