i ordered non veg joy box, they sent mutton biriyani. i'm just confused and then opened the box, it has cockroach legs in that rice. suddenly i throw it away. completely waste of money and i worried in hungry. this is my finalorderin dindigul thalappakatti. hereafter i don't trust online food orders. cheating way of business with well known name. zero percent higiene. i will raise this complaint to higher authority of tamilnadu government.

i have ordered 1x mutton biryani and 2x chicken biryani combo. when i receive theorderthe package contains only 1x chicken biryani combo and mutton biryani but in the bill attached to the package it clearly says 2x chicken biryani combo. when i had called and asked the delivery person he said it's not his fault i delivered only what the restaurant gave me. he simply said it and have cut the call. i called the restaurant and they didn't attend my call for nearly an hour. and the restaurant manager finally attended the call and didn't respond to me properly. he kept asking me the bill id again and again and after some time he said that he will send it through another delivery person. after 20 mins i have finally got the package for that left out chicken biryani combo. when i open it there's no chicken peice at all only empty biryani with some bones. really disappointed with this restaurant and their service.

we have be ordering for the past 6 months. we know the quantity of food we ordered earlier, but today in thisorderthe quantity is too low. totally it is waste of money.
