when you are going far and want tasty food on the way. best to visit desi tarqa because their food is fresh, tasty, economical and their serving is welcoming. i like specially fresh home made type chapati and serving time was only 7 to 10 minutes. if you going ummul quwain try this restaurant. recommended

⭐in the middle of umm al quwain city lies a fgood number of food hubs that are awaiting to be explored. 😁😋🙏i stumbled upon this new pakistani restaurant and i had a wonderful dining experience there. desi tarqa restaurant offers a wide array of classic pakistani andb indian recipes that truly tastes authentic and delicious.👌🥰

their place is quite small, but they have indoor and outdoor seating. 👍👍it felt comfortable and accomodated in their place, to be honest. the food service was prompt and on-time.♥️

i must say, i fell in love in their chicken karahi. it was perfectly cooked.💕💖 the flavors and aroma are well balanced. also, their malai boti and chicken green tikka is a must order.😊😊😋 it was juicy and very addictive especially with their green sauce. the kheer dessert is also a winner. lovely and heavenly in your mouth.😘

sad to say you disappointed my whole family with both your chicken and mutton karahii... too much oil n gravy though the spice was perfect... less quantity and very poor service of staff.. waste of money... roti was like chappatii... worst ever 1/10

super filling and super amazing when it comes to taste.their omelettes are super fluffy.after my asian lunch i had to treat myself with  cheese cake. outstanding service from  staff and very affordable prices for the bakery products. i got discount from the paul app.

recently i heard about this authentic pakistani restaurant that newly opened up in uaq.
upon my first visit at desi tarqa, for the mains i had ordered mutton karachi and lahore chargha. after having their 1st bite, i realized that this is the same pakistani taste we were having in lahore lakshmi chowk! the combination of softness of the meat and the spices made me wanting more!
they also served us saraon ka saag with butter on top and lahore chana as complimentary for tasting, literally those bites reminded me of back home!
to finish of the meal, the doodh patti chai was a huge hit.

overall a great dining experience right from the starters (raita +salad) to main dishes, which worth multiple visits. highly recommended and definitely i will come again!

if u want to eat homely food desi tarqa is the place... very good taste, minimal prices and very kind and friendly staff. i loved there karhai and daal maash typical dhaaba taste which was superbly awesome. a must visit if u r around that place.

i was in umm al quwain saw a review of chef nightmare. love the way he praise karahi of this restaurant taught of giving a try, however karahi was nothing. nothing special just a normal chicken salan basically very disappointed, me went with high hope)))

came to know this hidden gem through mr.zafar (staff) and visited today, unbelievable experience of traditional pakistani food including matka tea. ordered mutton chops and chicken karahi along with sag makhni and dal, everything was delicious and hospitality of the staff was appreciatable.
spent some time with owners and shared the ideas.
the whole family enjoyed and the ambience was so peacful, easily found parking.

went in for a dinner night to a nearby restaurant the desi tarq. it serves the best pakistani dishes....we ordered chiken karahi and mutton chops along with the traditional rottis (tandoori rotti and roghni naan). both the dishes were finger licking good and in good quantity and pocket friendly too.. they also did add a complimentary kheer.. which tasted superb.. they have got both indoor and outdoor dining facilities (aprox 20 seating) and a friendly staff also good parking area. if you are looking forward to traditional pakistani food.... desi tarqa serves the best..

its a only known pakistani restaurant in uaq where you can enjoy authentic food with family. the overall ambiance is good and staff is very friendly and clean.we ordered chicken karhai and daal makhni, first and foremost the portion size was pretty good and secondly its a value for money. we were two and could not finish everything so we packed the remaining food. try their different rotis that includes, naan and roghni, must say one of the best rotis in town. they also offer biryani and other tantalizing desi stuffs(chaat, dahi baray and samosas) which we will surely try next time soon.overall:ambiance - 9/10food - 9/10

all in all a mind blowing experience.
no one can imagine such authentic and delicious pakistani food being served in umm al quwain. the taste we all crave for being out of pakistan.
the service was quick and manner full, which made the whole experience a big wowww.
mutton karahi was delicious, mutton was so juicy and cooked just right and the hot tandoori roti made it utterly mouth watering.
chicken biryani is one of its kind, where rice aroma and chicken flavor both combined make it the best biryani, i have ever had.
the ending on a traditional cup of dhoodh path served in a clay cup was amazing.
highly recommended and a must visit.
i would travel daily from dubai for this food, if i could.
