terrible service. went in this afternoon for drinks and food. sat for twenty minutes after drink order and no drinks in sight. bartender had befuddled look and was constantly checking what we assumed were drink recipes. looked up at ceiling and saw how filthy the sound baffles were. goodbye demitris, you use to be our favorite!

great food. so many dishes, so little time! this is a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. i especially liked their spicy garlic shrimp and pulled pork sandwiches. best part is they have a deck over looking the puget sound with fire pits in the tables. what could be better?

very horrible service.  not just rude but confrontational.  hostile dining experience with waiter swearing at me then arguing with my husband who asked him to respect his wife, then waiter said he would might call police.  wow....

great food nice place, i recommend the bacon wrapped dates, unfortunately they have a complete looser zack knight working for them, he is scum, do not sit in his section and you will have a great time, i smelt heavy booze on his breath while he served my girlfriend and i, he also kept trying to touch her arm, it was creepy and weird.

we stopped in here to try the tapas... and weren't disappointed. the service was good, the draught beer was fresh, and the tapas were amazing! great selection with some interesting choices (brussels sprouts - really?). will definitely be back here when we're in the neighborhood again. highly recommended!

happy hour with something for everyone like fig and kalamata crostini or firecracker shrimp served hot and crispy with a buffalo sauce and they have decent wine list. there's a fireplace inside the bar thats comforting on our many cloudy evenings. they have a fresh sheet that looks good but my partner didn't enjoy the meal saying it was more like a "stale sheet" . maybe it was a bad day for dinner but a great day for happy hour. i've had the flatbreads, falafel, gyro sliders, greek fries, bacon wrapped dates, angel hair pasta and many other items with no disappointment s

loved it!. i've been there twice and each time was perfect! the food was amazing! baked brie with apples & toasted nuts, bacon wrapped dates, the fig and olive bruschetta, the clams and scallops were all amazing, my risotto was perfectly cooked along with my scallops, and the desserts were amazing as well. the staff was beyond nice and took great care of us every time we have been there! i look forward to going back.

don't waste your time here. i visited recently with a friend for an early dinner and they managed to get just about everything wrong in the kitchen. service was slow and 4 of the 6 dishes we ordered came out with the wrong sauce. i made the mistake of ordering the gyro sliders; the meat was clearly commercial frozen food that you'd get at a carnival gyro stand. we also overheard the hostess telling another party that they couldn't sit inside, despite the fact that every other table in the place was empty. i don't know what's going on with this place but i'd warn others to stay away. take the extra 10-15 minutes to drive to their mill creek location instead.

this place has great food and servers are nice but the manager walks around with a baby on her hip seating tables and is very unprofessional. almost made me loses my appetite so thanks but no thanks. i'll pass next time.

i have mixed reviews for this place. the decor and ambiance was nice. we came with a big group for a birthday party. my paella was good, but my friend returned her mediterranean pasta dish because it was bland and like mush. she ordered the ahi tacos instead, which needed a little salt and pepper but was better than the other dish. i wish the calamari was crispier. the firecracker shrimp was ok. i think the menu is a little overpriced because i wasn't blown away by any dish.
we had brought in our own cake for the celebrant which they asked $15 for serving. fine. the service was great all night until it was time to bring out the cake. it took him about 15-20 minutes to bring it. we couldn't understand what took so long since the cake wasn't cut. all he had to do was take it out of the fridge and carry it out. the wait made us worry that something had happened to the cake.
all in all, i would give this place another chance since the overall experience was good.

no thank you. we dined here on the fourth of july. now i will say that i was not expecting the red carpet since we were popping in 1.5 hour before the fireworks but i did expect to at least be served with some decency. our server was more preoccupied with checking in with a table of her very obnoxious friends who were sitting at a table kitty-corner to us and i had to ask for a new water glass because there was red lipstick all over it and i don't wear lipstick. the only delicious thing that night was the appetizer, the feisty feta. my lamb burger was okay but my boyfriend's fish and chips was more like deep fried bread and chips. our drinks were terrible; mine tasted like cherry cough syrup and his was so bad i can't even tell you what it tasted like. when we were ready to leave, we waited 10 minutes for our server to come back and when she didn't, we had to track her down in the bar and then wait another 10 minutes while she prepared drinks rather than let the bartender do his job. i also do not know what the server dress code is, but in any decent restaurant i have ever been in a black spaghetti strap tank top that is clearly one size too small is not considered professional attire. and to top it off, when i called to talk to a manager about our experience, she said she was the general manager but i can't tell you what her name was because i couldn't understand her when she said it and she did not seem very concerned at all that we were upset about our poor service. coming from a service background and having worked in restaurant management, i was just as unimpressed and upset with her care of us than i was with her staff. we will not be going back here any time soon if ever.

not a gluten free restaurant.

i was at demetri's for a birthday party last night. the views are stunning. the back patio has tables with fire pits! the wait staff was wonderful. one of the heaters was out of propane and they switched it out right on the spot! thank goodness, bring a coat if you want to enjoy the back patio (it's worth it). i shared the seafood paella and the fishermans platter. very yummy! the only thing that i did not like was the fact that we were automatically charged 20% gratuity. i understand we were part of a large party, and that we had separate checks, but even though i tip 20%, i'd like to do so on my own accord. it seems a bit pretentious to assume the service will automatically be worthy of that tip. mind you, i thought the service was great, and i would have left that tip anyway, it just bothered me that is was done for me. i've been charged automatic gratuity before but it's been 15-18% and it was when the party was all on one check.

good food but..... food was great but the service was soooooo slow - and having to flag down the laid back waiter (although he was sweet) got very tiring after awhile. other than that, i liked it.

demetri's - delightful!. demetri's has wonderful tapas superbly prepared and i have consistently enjoyed the entertainment, especially javier anderson as a compliment to a warm elegant environment and an excellent sangria!
