incredibly impressed. friends has suggested this little place for over a month so i took my family (younger children) here for lunch on a friday. waitstaff were so helpful and friendly to all of us - treating my kids with respect. she had great suggestions, super smile and was always quick to make sure we had everything we needed. food was "divine". had the veggie panini with veggie soup, margherita flatbread and ham soup with caprese panini. all were so good we are desperate to go back as often as possible. this is our new going out place. they even have a toy corner with chalkboard walls for the kids! kids are somewhat picky and they inhaled that food! ready to try the tapas now as the menu offers so many vegetarian, vegan and healthier options for my rather diet constrained family.

so-so. i had high hopes for demetris & was a tad underwhelmed. service was quick enough, but 'unattached' - didn't really try & connect with us. pulled pork sliders were not impressive, but enjoyed the artichokes & bacon-wrapped dates (all hh menu). the restaurant was fairly empty when we went (mid-afternoon on saturday), so definitely would try another time & see if things seemed better. love their related restaurants (tablas & kafe neo in mill creek), so really want to like this place. maybe they're still just having growning pains.

room for improvement. i went there with a friends and ordered 4 tapas instead of dinner with some wine. the filet in wine/gorgonzola was excellent, the tortilla was just as i remember from spain. the calamari were okay. the empanadas disappointed: greasy.
the wine list didn't have country year or region but had a good house wine and an excellent granacha tres picos by the glass. our waitress was excellent, the hostess was not. we called her the menu nazi. she came all the time trying to take them away.

think they are still having growing pans. service and food is spotty. had greasy flatbread the other night. beef skewers were tough and one of the sauces was awful.

food is magnificent. facundo years it up again! bartender a little green. ambiance nice. over all awesome!

great food! busy atmosphere!. we really enjoyed demetris in edmonds! the food was great and atmosphere was busy. although busy, we were impressed with the service. good to see a good tapas place in snohomish county.

i'll try it again . . .. my daughter and i stopped in last sunday for a lite lunch. she had a wonderful potato and ham soup . . . yummy!! i had the flatbread pizza which i would not order again . . . i was very dissappointed. it was very dry even though it looked saturated in olive oil with blobs of mozz cheese and tomatoes on top. i'll go again with friends and order more of a variety of things plus drinds and experience an evening atmosphere...

this place is a hot spot, always hopping with customers. the ambience is classy meets sports bar. a little too many tables packed it. the foods great, lots if options. i'm really wanting to like it completely. i'm hoping the issues are just a sign of being new, but they cannot ride on that for much longer. at times its hard to tell of the four people running your table who is you waiter. i've ordered and love the winter green salad about six times and have received it four different ways. my fiance ordered the lamb shank, and received it before my seamingly easy salad. the owner, a young twenty-four year old gentleman seems to have his stuff together. he greets each table with care and open to opinions. i'm hopeful for the future, and excited to see how it plays summeris summer.

delicious!. we came in for drinks and food late one evening with a big group, and were shown to a tall table in the middle of the restaurant. considering how social we all are, this was perfect for us to play musical chairs and mingle. it took a while for us to be served, as i think they were understaffed, but soon a couple of servers who were knowledgeable and upbeat came to get our orders. love them! a white guy wearing glasses and a dark haired girl with pearls, they totally made our evening! they joked with us, some of whom were annoyed at not being served immediately, and perfectly smoothed things over. i had the cheese curds and a yummy caesar salad with grilled chicken, and also a lemon drop that was perfect. great bartender too! later another server came to check up on us and he was very personable, although he looked exhausted. pros: service staff, drinks, food /cons: how long we had to wait to be served. the cons can be easily fixed, we will all be back!
