great service and impeccable food!

the staff were friendly and accommodating and made the experience really enjoyable and relaxing.

the food was delicious and beautifully presented - the triple cooked chips with aioli are superb! definitely worth the visit - views from the restaurant are breath taking no matter what the weather. walking around the estate is also a must! the estate has some beautiful artwork displayed.

by far our favorite and most memorable of places, the food is always outstanding, well presented, tasty and innovative.
the setting is always perfect and we try and dine here at least once a month.
the creme brûlée is the best we've ever had.

fine dining at a reasonable price !! i have been here a few times and just love this place. if there is a occasion, this is a good place to celebrate! had the beetroot starter - beautiful!!

spectaculat in every sense! from the view, the wine tasting and its tasting room, to the incredible lunch and service. my overseas guests who travel extensively and are real foodies, put this experience in their top 5 in the world. faultless and an absolute must do for anyone contemplating lunch in the winelands.

delaire graff was an experience! as the other reviews note, it's on the more expensive side when compared to some contemporaries (e.g. tokara or jordan). however, there's plenty of bang for the buck, headlined by a spectacular view that in my experience is unparalleled (for the first few minutes of lunch, there was virtually no conversation as we drank in our surroundings). there are plenty of waiters who are impeccably attentive - the best service i've had anywhere, always present and accessible but never invasive. each dish has multiple accompaniments and flavours, and the food is very good. it did somehow lack a bit of the unquantifiable "wow" factor, but i couldn't fault anything specific. the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the attention to detail throughout is impeccable. if you have not visited already, add delaire graff to your bucket list.

this place is what dreams are made of! what a phenomenal fine dining experience! situated in the heart of the stellenbosch winelands, this place is just outstanding. and this is just referring to the location! the service and food at delaire graff was nothing short of amazing. go hungry and indulge in their flawless food presentation, sensational tasty food and wine from the biggest wine glasses i have ever seen, whilst looking at the spectacular mountain range in the distance. some may consider this pricey, but when you leave , you will realise that it was well worth that buck! anything you choose on the menu will be amazing! but be sure to try the creme brule for dessert, best one i have ever had!! will most definitely be back!

what a pretty view. what good food. what good service and yes what a view. its not a place to go if you want a quick meal. take your time and relax.

went there with friends as you can see in the pictures that i uploaded earlier , it was a fun trip 45 mins away from cape town, the wine is super nice and goes down smoothly i had to buy 3 cartons the prices are super reasonable and the staff are so friendly

this has been one of my favorites for a long time. we had a nice leisurely drive out for lunch, roof down. the weather was amazing, making dining outdoors the best option.

service was efficient but somehow left us feeling a bit rushed like they were trying to turn the table too quickly.

food though was exceptional. i had the lamb and wifey had the fish. both very good.

better to book first as it can be busy during season.

the food and wine pairing is an amazing experience. service is excellent and the waiters and sommelier are very knowledgeable. the views are fantastic.

i found that this restaurant was too pretentious for my liking but it was still a lovely experience. this restaurant is perfect for fancy, celebratory dinners or drinks. we were placed at a table with another group of wine tasters which was quite awkward but then everyone opened up & we had a good time.

superb superb!!!! if a picture is truly worth a thousand words then images of a tranquil place easily give it one of the most expensive & eloquent descriptions....delaire blew me away till today i cant get over the place. starting from the tasting room we were welcomed by a witty sommelier who actually convinced me to buy a case of the botmaskop a great bordeaux blend....then we moved onto the restaurant where the views are just breath taking and the food was just absolutely amazing. then took a walk amongst the vines.....unforgettable experience!!! if u want to impress anyone then delaire is a must

the setting is magnificent and the food was without exception great.
the service was very professional especially the sommelier
knowledgeable without being condescending
made great suggestions as two of the guests brought wonderful wines
very pricey though and even with the 2 byo the price tag was sobering
however for a special occasion it is a winner
