we had fried rice along with pork main course dish. it was absolutely impeccable. this place is a hidden gem! pocket friendly and the food quality is good.

located on ground floor of dekeling hotel just opposite to keventers. ordered mixed fried rice, chilli pork & sweet & sour pork. the fried rice was very homely with lots of veggies & pork and absolutely no added sauce which surprised me,loved it!! the chilli pork was good enough & so was the sweet & sour pork. everything tasted very fresh and almost home cooked.

dekevas restaurant is just below dekeling hotel which is one of the best hotels of darjeeling. it is their own restaurant too. so you can order food from dekevas while at dekeling. the food quality is topnotch and wrt the pricetags, the quantity and quality both are good.

this place remains my absolute favourite even after all these years because it still tastes like a home cooked meal. ginger fried rice, chilly chicken and their veg momos are an absolute must have. they use a very fragrant small grain rice hence all their rice dishes are a must try.
