i remember when i visited the farm in gloucester i came away thinking what was that! the car park bursting with super cars and all the staff gliding around looking immaculate without a worry in the world. a pace where you can buy cheese and meat meters from where the animals are housed. you cant get more direct than that. however when i walked into this store i could not believe how they had transported the countryside to london? well the best bits anyhow. some fabulous cakes and bakery which you must pick up if you are in the area. or you can have a lazy afternoon and sit in for a spot of light lunch. will be going back!

...they have everything from sweets to cold savouries, fresh produce and beautiful
brown and white eggs, an ice-cream freezer shelf and a side for diners to sit.
christmas was also in full appearance here, with shelves of stollen and preserves, a
christmas shop and lots of mince pies and fruit cake.

daylesford organic has just opened a branch in notting hill. barrows of plants and pristine vegetables are arranged at the doorway while inside is a symphony of blond wood and walls lined with copies of prince charles' book on gardening and overpriced org
