the buffalo chicken melt with blue cheese is great too. you’ve got to try one, they’re ridiculously tasty, and there’s really nothing like it around.

really nice overall experience! huge portions and friendly staff. bread is wonderful, as are thier mixed drinks. nice atmosphere. food, taste wise, is 4 out of 5 stars for me.

i've been to danny boys several times and have yet to find something that i don't like. if you're looking for foo-foo health food you better look elsewhere. this is a place where you get italian style comfort food like breads and meatballs made fresh daily. also bring your appetite :) the portions are large but perfect for family style sharing. food does take a little longer particularly if you order a pizza or calzone because, as you'd want them to be, they're baked to order. so i'd suggest trying their white chicken chili for an appetizer. if you'd like some good italian comfort food made fresh and good team service by their staff make sure you check this place out. also for a server suggestion ask for chad

what happened?. on my daughters 16th birthday back in sept we went to danny boys and it was fabulous,however i just left lunch from there and there is no way that this is the same cook or the same ingrediants.....i would have rather ate chef boyardee at home.
shame on them , as many places at the location have used the bait and switch on their food!

get it together already!!!. you have the perfect opportunity with a great location to be very successful. your operations are terrible and staff is not tied into execution if you have standards. that or the management is extremely clueless to great service standards. i revisted your location again this evening. so in three visits over the last 6 months, you have scored well only once. and that was due to a server who took intiative to step out and take care of my party when he saw that we were waiting. he also had some personality which seems hard to find also with your staff. you need help!!! a call would be nice - chris 330-498-8439 thanks

eat at your own risk. two of us went to danny boy's for lunch. we ordered breadsticks and a 6 slice pizza to share. our server brought the pizza, said "enjoy your lunch" and walked away. it was then that we noticed there were only 5 slices to the pie. a few minutes later someone came out of the kitchen looking for us and said that a piece of our pizza had fallen on the floor and they were making us a new one (which of course never appeared). who would want to eat the first one after that comment? it looked all shoved back together in the first place. why would you even bring it out - just come out and apologize for the delay and say it will be a few more minutes, that there was a problem in the kitchen. the waitress had to know what happened and she never said a word. service was awful, the pizza was gross. i called the next day just to relay the story to the manager. he insisted 3 times that he wanted to send me a gift certificate to come back so i finally gave him my address. guess what? just like the replacement pizza, it never arrived. moral of the story: always count your pizza slices when it comes out of the kitchen, because they couldn't care any less.......

won't go back. the food is good and the portions are generous. however, the place is small and the lines are long. they don't have call-ahead seating and they don't take reservations.

we thought it was worth it to put up with this because we like the food and atmosphere. that is, we thought it was worth it until last night when we were treated so rudely we vowed not to return.

we had chosen danny boy's as a good spot to meet two other couples who were in from out of town for the holidays. we were asked to cram in a booth when we requested a table because all the tables down the center of the restaurant were "reserved" for a party of 25. really?

they finally found us a half table/half booth in a corner, but we had barely finished wiping our mouths after the last bite when our server came over and said they didn't mean to rush us but there was a party of 15 waiting to use our table for their group. seriously? we hadn't even been sitting there an hour. then to press the point the manager literally pounced on the table to snatch up our bill folders and our server all but pulled the chairs out from under us.

i would understand the bums' rush if we had been causing a problem. we were just six adults trying to eat and catch up.

this is lousy restaurant management and we will take our business elsewhere in the future. there are too many other good restaurants in the area that act like they are actually glad to have you. if we wanted to be treated like cattle, we would have gone to mcdonalds.

awful. i went to danny boys for the first time recently, after being told that their chicago pizza compares to giordano's in chicago. it was awful! the italian sausage that comes on the pie was so overwhelming i had to take most of mine off. the cheese was non-existent. both my husband and i detested this food. as an additional complaint, i ordered it for carryout and was told it would be 25-30 mins. i got there around 25 minutes and proceeded to wait an additional 20 mins for my order to be ready. i ordered pizza - really? the staff was kind and asked if i'd like a drink, but it was a very long wait for a 4pm pickup. i would not eat here again.

i'm still waiting for my call back from my horrible party experience on sept 23. "it will be resolved and i will call you back" needs to happen! our waiter took 20 minutes to properly do the bills and being change. they forgot my girlfriends meal entirely. charged the wrong people for drinks. took forever on the food. worst birthday dinner possible and was never called back by the manager!!!!

just ate at danny boys and won't be going back. the high carb, high grease, high fat, low quality food was served in enormous portions even the kids food was 10 times what a child would eat. the salad was sad and the waiter tom was obnoxious and told us to ask for him when we come back...keep waiting tom we won't be back!

fabulous!!. love the food, the staff, the feeling inside!! it is an amazing place!! fun to take your children and have a family-friendly dinner or fun to hang out in the bar area with friends during happy hour or the evenings!! you will always walk away with extra for lunch or share a meal. either way you will leave full, happy, and wanting to plan your next visit back!!
