we stayed at horizon 101 on my birthday with my family and decided to drop by at cubana since it was close to where we stayed and i also love bars with live bands but i was kinda disappointed because the band were onlyplayingmusic that only my uncle can relate. lolz. was hoping to hear an alternative rock like creed, collective soul, pearl jam, redhot or even metallica or basti of wolfgang type of music or even the new ones. we waited hoping they were gonna play some and so we ordered, beer, pizza, chicken terriyaki, strawberry and mango shake, mango daiquiri cocktail. service was really really slow. it feels like it was forever before our orders were served. the band was stillplayingmusic that i cant relate and all the request coming from the customers were also not my kind of music. i was gonna request but there were too many and we were getting too bored so after eating we just went home. it was like we just dropped by to get a taste test of their menu haha. in all fairness to the chef though, i loved their pizza, the cheese melt so perfectly the crust was wonderful. the chicken terriyaki does have a kick in the flavor, the terriyaki sauce lift it, it was a perfectly balanced sauce it was firey. staff were friendly. atmosphere was just the usual for typical bars. nothing special or fancy but id say its still a cool place to hang out.
