was really looking forward to trying this restaurant while in evergreen over the weekend after reading great reviews on the place. i was really disappointed to find out on sunday afternoon that they weren't open....and even further disappointed when we tried again the nextday(labor day) only to find a sign stating that they are closed all holidays. very disappointed as we were really looking forward to checking them out. beware...many of the restaurants in evergreen post similar signs and very many of them were closed on labordayas well.
