unfriendly atmosphere. while i must admit the food is delicious, especially the jalapeno burger, the staff are quite rude to say the least. after ordering take out & being told to pick up the food in 45 minutes, we got home with our food & it was completely cold. i mean it must have been sitting there for at least 20 minutes prior to us picking it up. i've never been one to complain about the food i order, but the food was completely unedible as the burgers and fries were cold to the touch. when i called, i was transferred to the manager who asked me 'what do you expect, it's take-out' & then proceeded to say that our only option was to drive back and try again, hoping this time maybe the food would be slightly warm. she refused to give me a refund. i have a hard time going back due to the horrible attitude of the manager.
