bestbbqi have ever had. i swung by country boysbbqtoday for a quick lunch. i was blown away at what i found. upon arrival i was greeted by friendly helpful service. the atmosphere is really cool, authentic country look, the sweet smell of hickory wood and fresh pork fill the air. so here is my verdict: crazy off the chain amazing so good. like really really good!!!! this is the bestbbqi have ever had. ever! my food arrived quickly and hot. i was dumfounded when i saw how much fresh pulled pork was in my sandwich. the fries were delicious. i had to meet the owner, and sure enough she was available. she showed me the smoker which is right on the premises. she explained the slow and attention to detail process she goes through in preparing the pork. then she iced the cake when literally and figuratively when showed me how she makes all of her own buns, bread and desserts. in fact the make everything. the pickles, the sauce, the desserts. the buns are so fresh, they hold up to the juicybbqand the taste is amazing and topped with salt, reminded me of a pretzel bun, only better. i cant wait to go back and eat here again. as a matter of fact i am already making plans to go back next week. i am putting my stamp of approval on this place and saying you wont be disappointed. i am also making them the new #1bbqplace in hampton roads on my urbanspoon guide. the link is below. you have got to try it! bring all your family and friends. awesome food, great service, cool atmosphere, low prices. so good! i'll be back a million times. nicely done country boys bbq!
