this is an absolutely fantastic place withgreatdecor and an amazing collection of comics. ajay, the steward, was particularly polite and patient.

food was good. ambience wasgreatand it was work-friendly place. costs are reasonable and efficient.

beating my monday blues with my favourite superheroes at comic social, jubilee hills. a place that can get even an adult excited with all its amazing wallart and superhero arts. every corner of this place looks like a piece of art. agreatplace to hang out with friends and snack on some good food. if you thought it couldn't get any better, then wait until you step inside the library and get transported to another dimension when you lay your hands on comic books ranging from mcu and dc to tinkle and archies.

taste - 3/5 [super crisp outside. a good cheesy filling on the inside. but was there enough jalapenos, i don't think so.]

great place to hangout with friends and peers. this place offers more than just food. the theme is it’s usp for a comic lover. their comic collection is cherry on top ❤️.
coming to the food, it’s quite decent. we had:
- grilled chicken with mushroom sauce
- beer batter fish
- oreo milkshake
- choco frappe

overall, decent food withgreatcomic/manga (yes they have mangas too 😍) vibe. a must go to place, at least, once for every comic lover.

decided to visit this place, as it was listed under workfriendly.. visited this place on weekday, and yes this place exactly was like the one i expected. work friendly. there is a huge library area with good seating area. ambience over all was totally worth enjoying. coming to food. we ordered lamb burger, iced americano, affogatto, chicken ceaser salad and virgin mojito. placing order was super easy and got the order on time. burger was delicious so was the salad. loved the affogatto cafe 💜 ! worked and had agreattime with friend here! loved the place 💜

best place for comic lovers .had agreattime , the place is super spacious and the staff are friendly. they have a superhero theme & a comic library too. loved the food especially the jalapeño balls, but the potato wedges were not so great. a must visit for comic lovers.

i read a lot ofgreatreviews about this cafe and decided to try it out.
sadly, it wasn't upto the mark for me.
the ambiance was okayish.
we ordered for a caesar salad, chicken nuggets, ice tea, blueberry cheesecake, veg lasagna and hot mocha.

caesar salad - good
chicken nuggets - too dry
ice tea - had fizz
blueberry cheesecake- too good ❤
veg lasagna - below average.
mocha - decent

this is my review after 2 visits. i found it quite an average place but a good option if you are looking to spend a lot of time. they have many board game options.

👉 colourful things and places attract me a lot. thats why as a child i was quite attracted and interested in in comics and action figures. as i grew up these cute little things were left aside when i took on the journey in the next phase of life. but then the memories always stayed and i do miss being a child at times.

👉 recently i visited a place called comic social which is a theme based restaurant which is all about comics and action figures. be it dc or marvel be it star wars or super heros they have it all. from the moment i first heard about this place i have been in love with it and always wanted to visit and finally i did. this is a huge place and the walls are beautifully painted with various super heros and comic characters. they have beautiful contemporary seating both indoor and outdoors. they have quite a few action figures which you can play or take your food pics with. they also have a reading library where they have a big collection of comics. they provide you wifi if you want to work from there. ( who wouldn't want to )

👉 the ambiance is not the onlygreatthing about the place. they have some super fine and fantastic food and drinks as well. let me share what i liked.

we started of with starters where we tried crispy onion rings, crispy prawns and soya chicken squares. crispy onion rings and chrispy prawns were my favourites. i loved the flavours and the inhouse dip that was swrved with both of them.

👉 for main course we had lasagna, lamb meatball gravy with rice, grilled fish with veggies and mash potato and penny alfredo pasta. i totally loved all four of them . the flavours and spice was just right for me. the lasagna and pasta were super creamy and cheesy.

👉 we also had 3 wonderful desserts - chocolava with vanilla icecream, waffles with maple syrup and honey, and their special in-house plum cake for the season. i totally loved all three desserts. the lava cake was definitely one of the finest i had recently. the waffles were also fantastic. super mild and quite delicious. and their inhouse spl plum cake was like the icing on the cake. awesome as well.

👉 we also had a few drinks hot chocolate with marshmallows, fresh cream chocolate mocha, 2 different flavours of kambucha and mojitos. hot chocolate, mocha and mojitos were definitely my favorite. kambucha was an acquired taste but definitely leaves you wanting for more once you have a few sips.

👉 we had such a fantastic time there that i didn't want to leave. the food the ambiance and service was quite impressive. i can't wait to visit this beautiful place again. totally recommending it to everyone

we ordered multiple things as most of us wanted to try multiple things at this cafe and they didn't disappoint.

spinach stuffed chicken, bbq chicken pizza and chicken lasagne was the best items we ordered

overall, this is a nice cafe which is of the size of a duplex. anyone visited the place will tell you that the ambience is really good. the library and the walls are too good !!

some feedback:
they didn't allow taking the comics to my table and have asked me to read only in library and then go. as a person who goes to have food would like to read while having lunch. so ideally they should allow i believe.

apart from library, they should have comics racks behind every seating which would entertain the crowd.

they charge a tax of "service charge" which they are not supposed to charge according to government rules (if am not wrong).

2. hot chocolate. the hot chocolate had a flavour of dark chocolate and hazelnut. even this is topped with whipped cream. price inr 200

3. bbq chicken wings. deep fried chicken wings with a coating of bbq sauce. this was spicy and had a bit of sweetness.price inr 249.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

4. lemon butter prawns. these are tossed prawns served in a sauce of butter and lemon along with veggies. the prawns were a bit undercooked for my liking. but this is intentional as per the chef to avoid the prawns getting hard. price inr 309.🌟🌟🌟🌟

5. chicken rice bowl. premium quality rice which were non sticky and cooked well, served along with a chicken gravy. the gravy is prepared with cream and tomato sauce. this was medium spicy, buttery and complimented the rice well. price inr 349. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

6. pasta in chicken pesto. pasta served in pesto having minced chicken. this had a nice basil flavour thanks to the pesto and good amount of minced chicken. price inr 339. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

7. nutella lava cake with ice cream. a nice and sweet nutella lava cake served along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. this had perfect nutella flavour and a heaven with the vanilla scoop. price inr 299. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

in short, this is a nice cafe which is of the size of a duplex. anyone visited the place will tell you that the ambience is arguably the best in the town. the library and the walls are too good !!

it is evident that comics has got a huge fan base in the real world those fictional charecters got indulged in us very well comics attracts every age of people with that theme we have a restaurant at jubilee hills named "comic social" recently i have been to this place and it has got huge space and the ambience was an other level it is so amazing that you will totally feel the comic world they have got their comic library and many board games which is truly amazing and not to forget the place was properly maintained .when we talk about food we first started with various flavours of green tea ,kashmiri kahwa which were aromatic as well as refreshing there was this pure essense of flavours which i felt so good next up we had mojitos namely virjin mojito,kiwi mojito and mojito blue where virjin mojito was topnotch and was so refreshing this place has got various items in their menu such a elaborated menu we were provided different items like lamb burger,chicken wings,onion rings,chicken kheema pizza,chicken pizza,butter lemon prawns,veg cheese sandwich,chocolate milkshake,paneer rice bowl every dish was so good and tasted amazing however,i felt it would be more efficient if the sandwich was filled with even more cheese but definitely had agreatexperience visiting the place and tasting the food looking forward to visit again❤

complex artwork, intricate storyline and an immersive experience altogether - its no wonder that comic books remain to be one of the single most popular indulgence in today's age. where the characters from these comic books have gained an impregnable immortality, its fairly common today to see them making an appearance in popular contexts and that's where places like comic social take a stride. with the whole cafe themed towards these characters from the golden and silver ages, the place has rightly created a rage amidst the local crowds. beautiful comic-style wall paintings and mini superhero bobbleheads adorn both the indoor dining hall as well as outdoor seating area while sporting an exquisite comic-book room within the premises which sports a stunning collection ranging from marvel and dc to tinkle and archies.

the menu for the place curates that familiar cafe experience with a bunch of filling, delicious options available at a surprisingly affordable price considering the area. starting out my meal with some appetizers, i tried their crispy onion rings along with the buffalo chicken wings both of which readily impressed. the buffalo chicken wings surely came out on top for that delicious, spicy sauce that coated the crispy fried wings. amidst the more wholesome options, the place had a fairly versatile selection spanning sandwiches and burgers to pizzas and pastas. i tried out their spinach and corn cheese sandwich which came as a perfect treat for vegetarians having gooey cheese with the classic combo of spinach and a bit of chili paste. fans of pizzas would surely love both their chicken keema and spicy chicken pizza.

considering the kitchen's unique specialty with seafood, i also went in to try out their lemon butter prawns as well as grilled fish on the recommendation of the management which certainly became the showstopper. both the delicate meats were given the right treatment with really subtle use of spices within the sauce to enhance the freshness of the seafood more. coming with a generous dollop of mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, the scrumptious, juicy serving of grilled basa fish certainly was my favourite amongst the two. and to wrap things up on a sweet note came the nutella lava cake with vanilla ice cream which was adored all across the board.

in addition to thegreatfood and ambience, the ever-attentive and warm staff surely embellished the overall dining experience. keeping in mind the new normal, the restaurant is doing due diligence towards the safety of the diners with the regular sanitization as well as recommended precautions in the kitchen area. masked kitchen and service staff maintaining cleanliness would be a common sight for any visiting diner which assures proper care being taken towards the same. so comic book lover or not, this place sure packs ample punch with its food quality and experience for you to have it at the top of your bucket list!

then came in - jalapeño cheese poppers, cheese nachos, cheese garlic bread, onion rings, lemon butter prawns, harissa diced chicken, barbecue paneer pizza, lamb burger, chicken and veg penne pasta, veg sloppy burger, grilled chicken in mushroom sauce, grilled fish, chicken lasagna, peri peri chicken, veg bowl, beer batter fish.

moctails and shakes - hazelnut hot chocolate, el coco, chocolate milkshake, blue coffee with raspberry, syphon coffee(something new).

desserts- caramel custard, blueberry cheesecake, nuttela lava cake with vanilla ice cream, brownie with ice cream.

everything tasted delicious.. desserts are something which you should definitely not miss, they all are lip smacking.greatplace to hang out with friends and family..

the ambience is so cool 😎 and the management is friendly.
