this restaurant is easily accessible as it's located very close to the saligao circle. it has a spacious ambiance to make oneself comfortable.
i spent my sunday relishing the goan dishes served by this restaurant.
started off with chonak rawa fry, pomfret masala fry, prawns rawa fry and butter garlic squids. all these dishes were well cooked and presented. each of the dishes had a very distinct and a goan flavor of it's own.
for main course i triedchickencafreal and the fish thali which was also pretty tasty and filling.
finally finished with some choco lava and a brownie from their own in house bakery.

overall i had a very good experience at the restaurant. the service was quick and all the dishes were pocket friendly. they also serve chinese and indian cuisine too.

i highly recommend you to try this place if you are looking for a good restaurant around saligao. 🌟

*had a great experience dining at colors with my family. we were just passing by and saw this restaurant on the way. we had never heard of it before. my husband ordered the fish thali and my son and i ordered jeera rice crispychickenand mughlai chicken. great experience and tasty food. we will return soon.*

if in goa, this is a place to visit for sure. located on the easily approachable distance from panaji or calangute beach. had vada pav, ras omelette, and ginger tea. it’s a place hidden away from the hustle bustle of the main city.

vada pav: beauty is that the pav you get isn’t the usual thing. it’s made out of coconut and has a lot more fiber content to it. vada was freshly cooked, had tint of coriander and was delight to my taste buds.

rasa omelette: you get in the usual serving one egg omelette dipped in flavours ofchickenrasa, and garnished with lemon juice and finely chopped onion. best way to have it is with a pav, and mint chutney that is served along with it.

ginger tea: after been traveling for almost straight 3 weeks, the first place that served a tea worthy of being called a tea. a perfect balance of spices, milk, water, and sugar.

a great all round restaurant serving a variety of food, love the veg thali and biryani is excellent.chickenand mutton dishes also good. very clean surroundings and good value for money.

the ambiance of the restaurant is 5/10. it is spacious and less crowded.
the service is 1/10. slow and sometimes no necessary cutlery on the table.
the food is 2/10. we ordered fresh lime soda,chickenlollipop, malai tikka, goanchickenchili fry and garlic naan.
the fresh lime soda was very bitter. thechickenlollipop was good. the malai tikka came with vegetables covered in mayonnaise all around the malai tikka, there was no desired chutney to it also. the malai tikka was too creamy and had more of a milky taste to it.
the goan chili fry was an absolute disaster and ruined the whole experience. thechickenhad broken bones within them and were served curry pieces (chickenwith less meat and more bone) and the entire dish was mostly sauté onions, garlic and chili and the whole dish was just a big let down. the garlic naan was good.
to summarize everything. only the garlic naan andchickenlollipop were good.
judging by the quality of food served the value for money is totally unsatisfactory.

we stayed at pinnacle countryside and we ordered inchickenvindaloo, chapatis and rice... first bite and we loved the taste!!! thanks for amazing food

the open kitchen, the friendly staff, the helpful manager and the food, oh my god the food was delightful, kingfish rawafried to perfection and prawns curry were the highlights of this place. also the goti soda was trip back to nostalgia street. the chillychickenand fried-rice were also good.
