hellooooo beautiful people, mood for some sugars and planned for ice-cream.

chocolate lava meltdown was good and great indulgence. staffs are kind and quick in service.

cold stone is one of our favourite brand of ice-creams we used to have often, and we like the variety of flavours which includes signature flavours too. when we visited sharjah city center branch we ordered the birthdaycake remix flavour and it was a pathetic taste which (we used to have the same flavour before) and person who served us asked us to add whipping cream we said yes but he not did not mention that it would charge extra of 4 dhm . so totally disappointed.

tried out the oreo overload the small cup it was good and they charged extra for the whip cream which i didn't like about it

another after-dinner stop for us. i went to school at arizona state and had a place close to their original store, so i've been eating this stuff for +25 years, long before they went franchise. at any rate the ice cream is consistently good and the staff will give you samples to try. lines can get long during peak season, but not enough so that the wait is too long. my only real criticism is that there is only minimal seating inside. aside from that the stuff is rich and tasty, as it should be!

got very bad experience with this outlet as i visited after long hrs of shopping, (saturday 29th august 4:30 pm)all table was messi nt cleaned. after ordering n paying at counter i waited almost 25 minutes still they didn't serve then i went to counter n asked abt my coffee. attendants answer was "sorry sir we forget" i was like whaaaat? i lose my tempered n ask my money back n left from there. no offense but guys this is what i
experienced in shj branch...

suggestion to management kindly look into this matter as the staff at this outlet is not behaving nicely with customer. i hv observed some male staff was whistling n talking loudly with each other. which obviously not nice for the family and female customers.

this is a place where i head to after a tiring day from work or after grocery shopping at carrefour. it helps me to unwind and relax, takes me to a whole new level of deliciousness with their signature custom icecreams. you even have an option to make your own icecream (just the way you like it). the best icecream cakes and milkshakes you get is from here and noone could beat it.
i guess everyone knows how great this creamery outlet is and i won't brag much about good it is but, "you'd be missing the best what life could offer if you haven't tried this place out".

signature creations listesinden germanchökolatekake ve our strawberry blonde denedik. peacan yerine ceviz koymalarini göz ardi edersek dondurmalar hiç fena degildi. ancak uzunca bir süre sirada beklemek, sonra da temizlenmemis masalarda oturmak zorunda kalmak hiç hos olmadi! bir daha gelir miyim? böyle bir atmosfer için hayir!

uzun zamandir bir iki semtte olmasina ragmen bir türlü firsat bulup gidemedigim ve kaçirdigim bu zamanlar için yandigim yegane mekan.dondurma cenneti denebilir.taze meyveler, kekler her sey harika.bir de bunlar birbirine karisinca tadindan yenmez diyemiycem, ne varsa yedim:d servis gayet hizli, hersey tap taze.sira biraz insani sabirsizlastiriyor ama deger o sirayi beklemeye.en yakin zamanda denemeniz sart.

love it. cold stone ice cream shops look the same everywhere. the one in guilderland looks exactly like the one in fukuoka, japan, and the ice cream is more or less the same. it's all good, it's not cheap, and it's very rich. unless you are an established competitive eater, assume your eyes are bigger than your stomach here. the servers sing for tips.
