order was so late, which doesn’t make sense for ice cream. and then the order was wrong! wrong flavour... how can something so simple go so wrong??

red velvet cheese cake shake was smelling very bad the moment i opened the cap. i tried to drink but it was tasting/smelling so awful. i immediately called up the store. they said they had received many negative reviews about it which is due to the smell of cheese cake. i wonder why they keep selling the same despite getting negative reviews. i am sure cheese cake don't smell bad. i doubt if the milk or cheese cake was spoiled. they confirmed everything is fresh but i couldn't drink it and poured of all to my wash basin. i would need a replacement for this or get me a complementary drink other than red velvet cheese cake shake.

waffle has been delivered in a poly bag, rather than in some good packaging. worst packaging!!!

located at city centre sharjah, this cold stone has great ambience and good service. a perfect place to enjoy dessert with good company.

i must say, each of their employees at the creamery give you the best options to select from, on being a br fan, their service, flexibility to amalgam ingredients with ice creams provided is with a nutritious value and sweetness the merged recipe will be, their expertise in assisting their customers to indulge with their other products is commendable, i therefore commit my loyalty to cold stone now🤩

we ordered pistachio and strawberry milkshake, both were amazing. oreo cookies ice cream amd founders creation was a super hit.

the ice cream was nice as usual. but i gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because, aed 45 for 16oz is a little too much 🙄

usually we orders ice creams from cold stone but one day we tried their pista milk shake.. it was so yummy.. but i don’t it’s worth for 25 dhs..

i had ordered 16 ounce and they delivered 8 ounce. when called the manager and asked he said there was no larger cup so adjusted in 8 ounce. pathetic way of serving. zomato assured the other 8 ounce would be delivered but till now its been hours and hours and it is not yet delivered but money is eaten up. secondly the manager lies saying he has in formed it cannot be delivered. never will i order from here again.

finally tried the “oh fudge!” shake from cold stone and it was perfectttt. chilled and beautifully created, the shake was absolute perfection. the shake had a good balance of sweetness and a nutty after taste. i also took my usual which is the chocolate devotion. being an ardent chocolate fan, this combination of chocolate fudge, chocolate brownie and chocolate fudge syrup set my heart singing. the main reason i love cold stone brand is because i have felt for my palette they are not overly sweet and always manage to keep a balance. coming in soon to try more!

dondurmalar güzel sayılabilir yani paketli bir üründense tabi ki daha lezzetli ama verilen paraya değdiğine inanmıyorum

isminin dondurma karışımlarının üstünde hazırlandığı soğuk taş, yani coldstone'dan geldiğini fark ettiğimde ufak çaplı bir aydınlanma yaşadım. chocolate devotion benim favorim; sütlü çikolatalı dondurmaya parça çikolata ve brownie ekleyip üstüne de çikolata sosu döküyorlar. ben aslında çikolataya düşkün biri değilim ama çok ağır ve çok çikolatalı gözüken bu dondurma göründüğünden ve duyulduğundan daha hafif. fiyatlar biraz pahalı (orta boy 16₺) ama bence değer.
