they had such a horrible customer service and absolutely ridiculous cocktails / cheap cocktails! the staff is rude. the food is bad and the service is also super slow.

they took a reservation but couldn’t honour it. we were sent from floor to floor only to hear there is no seating. poor management.

they took our reservation and then after we reach the place, they don’t have a table. very pathetic staff. it is very annoying and then they make us climb 5 floors

it was an anniversary dinner, on special request mr.pankaj reserved a table with candles and petals and that did surprised my husband and made the day more special.

coming to ambience, it's an amazing place in winters to spend an afternoon or evening in outdoors with a classic 90's decor.

food and drinks menu is normal, quality and portion sizes were really good, however food menu should be upgraded with new dishes.

in last cherry on cake was a sweet brownie with heart shape brought to our table to end the evening woth a sweet note.

overall, we would defintely visit clock tower witb friends and family.

some issue with the person serving us. he kept arguing about stuff like.. was ready to serve 30 ml alcohol, but not 60 ml.. kept saying it’s diwali the next day and he needs to close the night..

tables around were too loud. this guy next to us was abusing in hindi, indulging in too much pda, management was not able to manage.

music could be better. food was good.

the place has a charisma. they have the entire building for themselves it's beautifully built with large seating capacity with multiple levels which makes it very interesting, plus the all wood interiors give it the warm english neighborhood pub which i love.
the music was great 80s english collection and there was live match screening as well.

food wise we ordered jalepeno poppers which had too much corn and not much jalepeno but made well. the soul of the day was chicken manchow which was pretty average but large in portion which was good. veg spring rolls were good in quality but again flavours could be bit better. and lastly we ordered pan fried fish which was very good with gourmet feels.

would like to visit again.

visited this place after all the hustle. mr. yuvraj was really helpful in providing us with utmost service and was highly cooperative. would suggest meeting him personally for a quality service.
