find it and try it as soon as you can!. i love great barbecue and there is no shortage of it at this awesome food truck. i've had it in the carolinas, tennessee, and even rudy's texas brisket. i've been to chains, mom and pop joints, and even dabbled in it some myself. the best pulled pork i've ever had, hands down, was at the cleveland bbq co. you can tell that it's cooked low and slow, the way god intendedit!it separates so effortlessly and the sauces are great! i dare anyone in ne ohio to find a better pulled pork sandwich.
