what a pleasant surprize! a must for any foodie! vibe is pleasant, food and drinks was to die for! treat yourself, and visit this little gem!

the chocolates we bought there were decadent and worth the price(if it is only as a treat every once in a while). their coffee was satisfactory and i very much enjoyed the delicious carrot cake. i will be visiting this spot next time i make a coffee date.

this is a stunning little place that opened up in hazelwood! they have delicious coffee and a great breakfast and lunch menu that changes daily! with beautiful plating, and great baked goods! they specialize in belgium chocolates! which they sell, and use in all there baked goods! some of which can only be food in greyton, in the cape where the chocolatier works his magic! will be returning.

chocolat et cafe is in a little doll's house like in a fairy tale. only inside there is no witch, only a friendly owner with a passion for chocolate.
i loved my hot chocolate in an insulated glass. we had cruffins - a croissant served like a cupcake, filled with melted chocolate - dark, milk or white chocolate to your choice. i chose dark chocolate. it was delicious. the slight sweetness of the chocolate offset by the richness of the croissant.
bright sky blue bistro tables, quality crockery and cutlery. served with finesse.

beautiful little cafe! i was amazed by how good and tasty the food was! i was glad to see how big the variety of tea they serve are! very few places serve flavoured teas, so this was a real treat!!
a good spot to catch up with friends over a light lunch or a delectable piece of cake (which, by the way, are stunning to look at and eat)

the freshest of freshly baked cakes and light lunches which change weekly. belgium waffles & chocolate fondues served with fresh fruit. have you eaten a cruffin - delicious - sweet or savoury. a chocolate milkshake that will blow your mind.

their honest chocolates are handmade in cape town, south africa using only the finest raw (unroasted), organic ecuadorian cacao. there are no preservatives, artificial flavouring or emulsifiers so as to keep the chocolate as pure as possible. it is also free of dairy and processed sugar, making it a healthier alternative.

tim nokes' nightmare but a chocoholic's heaven!!!! this was an awesome "lunch"!! i started with a hot chocolate with a hint of chilli which came in a small, potent glass. the cappuccino is creamy even though it was made of milk and foam. even though they have a good selection of savoury dishes (which looked delectable when waiters passed carrying trays of food), we opted each for a slice of cake. i've had a craving for a good piece of chocolate cake for weeks now, and it did not disappoint. and the lemon slice; well, you can't get any lemonier than that!

we sat at the bar inside and it was nice and cool. the service was friendly and attentive. will definitely be back again!!!

tiny venue but big on tasty cakes & desserts. also great choice of homemade chocolates. do try the carrot or vanilla/strawberry cake.great food ,coffee and service.
other tables had breakfast, that looked just as nice.

one of the most unique café's i've visited in a long while. great food & coffee. not to mention the variety of homemade organic chocolates. definitely the new trend setter for 2016.

i cannot describe this experience ... i just know i want to go back and have lunch there everyday! taste of the juice and food is out of this world. i enjoyed an amazing light salami open sandwich and my friend marelie had a vegan salad! even though they specialize in chocolate and apparently the best coffee in pretoria (you can buy coffee beans and even vegan chocolate - delicious) they are the most friendliest people and cater for every persons need whether vegan, vegetarian or general diet! thank you chocolate et café ❤️ see you soon!

what a pleasure!!! this hidden gem is tucked away behind hazelwood road! they serve the most delicious coffee's and francious's homemaked the cakes are amazing!!! this is a must try place!! they also have sensational truffles!

i went here on friday and i had their white diamond tea - absolutely delicious and very well made (people burn white tea often so i was pleasantly surprised). i also had some cheesecake which was amazing. i would highly recommend - it is very cute and very pretty.

just had a light lunch and some cake. awesome food, very friendly and good service. will be frequent customers in the future. very cute place.

a little boutique coffee shop with a café and confectionery. the service is incredible, very personal and kind. the cafés, cakes and fondues are pictures of perfection. i tried some of their chocolate which is absolutely fabulous. it is a very chill little place to sip on (very delicious and satisfying) coffee. they also sell what appears to be special teas, cakes, cookies and various chocolates. highly recommended.
