i'll admit their food is great.......but. it almost seems the chef hates to lose a breadcrumb on its sweet/sour pork for fear of sacrificing the bottom line. i've eaten at chi's 25+ times with no issues. but every time i try to order s/s pork they either didn't make it or made such small portions that they ran out early. i'll tell you their pork is really great with fresh oil and amazingly crispy. i've only had it once since last year. when i asked what is going on, it seems he only makes it when he feels like it. remnants of the soup nazi on seinfeld. unfortunately i'll have to find a newchineserestaurant not willing to play games with the customer. with restaurants like 7-11's on every corner you would think they cared more.
