we ,had ordered fromchinapearl after a long gap. very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially as we have been visiting them for at least 18 years and the quality had been consistently fantastic till the onset of the pandemic.
the manchow soup seemed watered down and the rest of our order was equally lackluster. the exception was the dragon chopsuey.... hoping this was a one off slip.

if you are craving for chinese or thai cuisine ,chinapearl is one place you should definitely try. we ordered button mushroom soup, thai green curry, veg fried rice and dragon chicken. all the dishes were very well prepared and the portions are very generous. the staff and the service is very good to and you are made to feel welcome which i really liked about the place

the best part is thatchinapearl will customise the food exactly according to your requirement. thankschinapearl

food wasn’t packed properly and spilt across the delivery guy’s bag during transit. absolutely ridiculous attention to detail bychinapearl as the food containers weren’t even sealed with tape!

while the menu has undergone a slight change, the flavour of the food still is, very impeccablychinapearl. close to two decades, yet the flavour and experience remains the same: soul satisfying! i doff my hat.

i had ordered food fromchinapearl, koramangala today. so disappointed, schezwan fried rice was added with colour and ta wok kay gravy was filled with tomato and didn't taste like a chinese gravy at all. even chicken starter has cut pieces of tomato. i have been eating chinese cuisine from long but adding tomatoes to chinese dish was a surprise. the quality of the food has gone down atchinapearl. it has lost its authenticity. definitely no turn back to this restaurant.

the sauces were stale and stinky. expected better fromchinapearl! not ordering from.here again.

whenever i crave for chinese i am a bit choosy and pick. and i have very few favourite places on this, wherechinapearl is one of the most visited place. i don’t want to suggest or rate any particular food as it’s in general very decent place and they really make very tasty food 🥘. please try and let me know feedback.

had a horrible experience due to hospitality of the staff.  i used to like the food so after many years decided to go to the koramangla outlet. the stewards at the outlet just don't belong to the hospitality industry. they try to cram people into a dingy side lane of the restaurant while tables are very much empty in the main seating areas. one of the tables is facing the kitchen exit door. can you imagine yourself seated and waiters coming in and out of the kitchen with all the food and taking in plates for washing?? disgusting to say the least. ok we adamantly moved to another table which was empty. the ordeal doesn't end there. one of the stewards comes to serve the starters and i ask him for a proper big plate. he rudely mentions that they serve  starters only in the side plate. upon insisting he sends one of the junior staff to serve the starters in a proper plate. when i finally called one of the senior stewards to complain he had a very lackadaisical attitude and tried to justify the whole process of seating people in those dingy corners. if you want to save your peace of mind and have a good meal look elsewhere. koramangala has a host of options please don't get stuck with these idiots who have no idea of what hospitality means. sorrychinapearl this is my last visit to your outlet.

i love the chinese food they serve here. the veg dragon chopsuey is the best .chinavibes make up the ambiance. everything in veg is just amazing

guys, i ll tell you something, the taste is consistent as well as tasty.
my all time fav is this red coloured chicken appetiser called dragon chicken. just way too tasty for me.
i quite enjoy all their gravies, rice n noodle items too. and yes, done miss the chopsuey’s as well.

so lunch today was at one of my most adored places since more than a decade.chinapearl, koramangala... it has never let me down. an old world elegance and taste. and sadly it all went down today. zero on almost all counts... service, taste, hospitality, hygiene... almost looked like a new team, which had no idea they were managing a very well known brand.
the kimchi served at the start was soggy and was swimming in water. when i asked the manager to change it, he said... it's complimentary... this is what u will get. can u imagine it!!!! the food was super bad and at 3 o clock they just downed their shutters and packed up everything, leaving the remaining customers to finish off their meals in darkness.
someone if possible please tag the owner of this place. i knew him, tony.. but have no idea if he's on this forum. thanks.

been going there for over 15 years and this place has maintained is quality, superb taste and impeccable service!chinapearl is the gold standard of what a great restaurant should be.

make sure you try shaolin sticks which are godlike!

this is my second visit tochinapearl. best place for chinese cuisine in koramangala. nice ambience and great food. when you crave for some delicious chinese food, this is the best
place to visit. good service as well. had been a great experience everytime. loads of nonveg options.
