after pandemic,business have become pro customer. not rude. i have been eating here for more than 10 years and must have recommended them to more 4-5 dozen people. but today when i reached dot 3:15 the closing time, instead of telling us “sir we are closing , please give the final order and sit, the manager rudely did not allow only me and my wife , but a family of 3 with small kid , whose dad asserted that they are coming from other side of city.
china f***k !! when in pandemic even those working from home are giving more time to work , your management being so rude to customer is last thing you need to survive.
you have not only lost one loyal customer but a an influencer who will ensure you lose more customer. during these two years i prayed my favourite business survive , now i wish you bloody perish in the next covid wave.
