sad and highly disappointed, i’m a loyal customer of you guys but today i had pathetic experience. i ordered this grill chicken platter which i usually do while i visit but the quantity of rice was so less not even serving to one person. secondly i called at the restaurant and requested them to add in texas spicy sauce with the barbeque which is generally served. but even requesting them as i missed to add it it was not been added and moreover the barbeque sauce which is generally served was not sent instead the slurry soup of beans was added. i was shocked to see this kind of service from a good brand like you. this means we are treated special and nicely only if we visit but if we crave and wish toorderit then no one pays importance to satisfy the customer and serve with same flavours and paid importance even after calling and bringing it to their notice.
sad and don’t wish to visit you people anymore.

if good quality ingredient is not available, it is better to reject theorderthan sending bad food.

firstorderis too late .. its around 1hr 20 mins .. and whenorderreached .. taste is ok and food is cold after taking 1 hr .. they give cold food .. i want resfund ..

simply the best restaurant in chandigarh, the food quality is out of this world you canorderany thing and it will taste amazing. its worth every penny.

extremely disappointed with service and quality. ordered grilled chicken, which had the most stale vegetables on the side and chicken grilled burger was pathetic with stale lettuce...when confronted the staff was highly unpleasant. neither willing to replace theordernor did they waive off these in the bill. we paid for what we did not consume or replace. chillis non existent for us...

the nachos were extremely bad for the mexican chain. having tried it in other cities, we know the taste and texture was below average standard. the cheese is overloaded with salt and the chips are extremely thick and chewy. we requested the staff and the manager - neeraj to look into it or cancel theorder or take it back to check. however, they denied the same. generally, a good experience here, but disappointed this time.

worst ever experience. too over priced for the quality if food. ordered starters and mains within a span of 15 minutes but they served all theordertogether. the food is not at all tasty, the veggies were not fresh. beans look old and stale. wont recommend at all.

can’t go wrong with a usa brand. orderanything from the menu and it will be good and large portions

so we had dinner here today as it had been a favorite. not so much after what we experienced. the lockdown seems to have taken away its magic somehow. the tastes..ambience.. nothing was like before. we had to wait forever for our flautas..when enquired, the server came back to say that they overcooked the flautas hence the delay!! i mean for real!!?? what kind of professional chef is behind this act?? the fiesta salad was dump of many ingredients which doesn't complement each other the dressing was way too overpowering...i wonder if they have truly had mexican salads!! flautas were disappointing which left us with an aftertaste of stale oil. we didnt dare toorderanything further. apparently the chef has changed n so have his team...

oh by the way there were tiny droplets of water falling from the ceiling!🙄

if you are willing to settle for below average food ..go for it!

we used to like this place quite a bit. but since the pandemic, it seems they have kind of lost it. the service is horrible, with wait times of 10-15 minutes to get someone to come to take yourorderas well as to give the bill. the quality of food is inconsistent, with today's stinking steak was what made me finally write this review. don't know what has gone wrong, but i feel one should think twice before going to this place..

im a regular customer and have been ordering for the mex bowl most of the times and today theorderjust consisted of one chunk in the bowl instead of the chicken steak which is just not acceptable as my child is not eating it now
