extremely disappointed with service and quality. ordered grilled chicken, which had the most stale vegetables on the side and chicken grilled burger was pathetic with stale lettuce...when confronted the staff was highly unpleasant. neither willing to replace the order nor did they waive off these in the bill. we paid for what we did not consume or replace. chillis non existent for us...

had an amazing time at chilli's in chandigarh. this was our second time to this restaurant, and it only gets better. our server (mr amit) was great with the suggestions and service. the food was delicious. can't wait to come back!

soup quantity too less.rice box was just ok .their quantity is less in home delivery orders

the best place to have the baby back bbq ribs yes it's over priced but worth the price and quality i would say the steak was but rubbery either cooked too much even though asked for medium over all sides were great and in drinks we tried liit which was average and tried their new jack cocktail which was also good but overall would highly recommend their baby back ribs 😁

the nachos were extremely bad for the mexican chain. having tried it in other cities, we know the taste and texture was below average standard. the cheese is overloaded with salt and the chips are extremely thick and chewy. we requested the staff and the manager - neeraj to look into it or cancel the order or take it back to check. however, they denied the same. generally, a good experience here, but disappointed this time.

worst ever experience. too over priced for the quality if food. ordered starters and mains within a span of 15 minutes but they served all the order together. the food is not at all tasty, the veggies were not fresh. beans look old and stale. wont recommend at all.

after a shopping spree as hunger hit us, we decided to go to this place as my earlier experience was good with chilis. we seated at a comfortable seat and decided upon our order. as we were thirsty we asked for water which came after requesting three or more times. we had ordered three dishes as we were three people and one onion rings. the onion rings seemed like potato was filled in them and the quantity was menial. next came the burger which was tasteless. just plain patty that felt like a cheap copy of the burger kings veg whopper. even the roadside burgers taste better than this. the chicken was pathetic as well and so were the fries which were so soggy and felt not fresh. to top this the service was lackadaisical and the staff even when there were two or three tables that were occupied weren’t interested in serving the customers present.
such a sour experience.
won’t recommend this place.

i wonder how this place's dining rating is more than 4. my experience here was very bad. the food quality was very poor and staff was also not entertaining us. the place is costly too so better not to waste your money.
