from the outside the charbroil grill appears very plain and just another dive, but the interior is completely different with nice intimate lighting and plenty of open floor space. the food is excellent from the fresh salad/sides bar filled with mozarella tomatosaladand seafood chowder to the steady stream of delectable meats floating around to your table. the lamb and beef are cooked perfectly medium rare and the salmon accompanied with an orange cream sauce was fantastic. this was definitely a great find. would absolutely come back again especially at $25 a person.

dined here tonight based on the positive reviews on urbanspoon. was not disappointed. if you love meat, you're gonna love this place! my first time at a brazilian restaurant. if you have never experienced this form of dining, you help yourself to a scrumptioussaladbar. then waiters stop by your table with skewers of grilled meats. selection included lamb, sirloin, top sirloin, sausages, chicken, prime rib, pork cubes wrapped in bacon, pork cubes coated with parmesan, dish kabob and on and on... everything had a well seasoned crispy crust. yum! i would go back and highly recommend this restaurant.

we liked it.. we had a great time at this place. our waiter -- billy-- was wonderful. the beef rib stew in red wine was great. thesaladbar was impressive. the food from the grill was delicious. save yourself for the sirloin.

we were hungry and we left satisfied.

how many times does that happen - especially off of route 95 going south?

there were many offerings so i suggest getting a little bit of everything and then going back for the things that you like best and talk to billy, if he is there. he really knows what is great. if he is not your waiter, ask if he is there and talk to him about the most yummy things there. you will not regret it.

charbroil grill what a thrill!. the food quality and presentation of grilled meats at the charbroil grill makes it an outstanding place to have dinner. johna likes to visit dale city/woodbridge for the shopping, and now there is a place for us to look forward to at the end of a day of shopping. ladies, please remember that when your husband is getting tired of shopping get him to a restaurant fast and and his short term attitude and patience should improve significantly. on our way to charbroil, i argued with johna that there was an outback steakhouse a block away, and we had never heard of the charbroil. she insisted we try something new, and boy was she right. if you love rib eye steak, pork loin, steak filet, salmon, or grilled pinapple, sliced and served table-side, the charbroil is the place for you. be careful not to fill up at the greatsaladbar or on the steamed shrimp. be prepared for a great dining experience. don't waste your money if you want to eat somewhere fast. the charbroil gill is not a "fast food" restaurant.
