haven’t been to the restaurant since they moved to the new location but have been wanting to go. we really loved our time there last time we dined with them. they were still trading in the city. the atmosphere was great and we loved the vibe. i ordered a double cheeseburger without tomato or lettuce. thebunwas soft and warm. the patties were covered in melted cheese, which couldn’t have been more satisfying. the service was just as good as their burgers. the guy who served us was nice and friendly and patient with orders. def one of the burger joints in brisbane i would go back to.

i have heard a lot of good things about charboys burgers in the city, so i was super keen to finally try them out!. charboys operates from a permanent food van on edward street, with friendly staff and fresh ingredients. i ordered a classic cheeseburger with pressed wagyu beef, american cheddar, brioche bun, signature sauce, hydroponic lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup & mustard for $11.00. thebunwas so soft and squishy, and the super tasty patty complimented all the other ingredients so well.

thebunon the burger is very nice. it's very soft and my burger fell apart once it was half eaten. it didn't really have that much on it but that's better than being too tall. the fries were delicious at first but towards the end seemed way too salty. it's a pretty good veggie burger, i would definitely eat it again. but my favourite veggie burger is still from lucky egg.

i don't normally visit burger joints but decided to try charboys after my friend insisted on a night out - best burger i have ever eaten!! 5 stars all the way, the chicken was crispy,bunwas soft and milky, the flavor of the sauces was outta this world in combination with everything it was a match made in heaven. i find myself craving it daily now 😂

southern fried chicken burger- the burger was pretty well made and thebunwasn't dry like some other places. i just find it a bit pricey, might give it another visit

the seasoning/batter was salty tasty goodness. lots of crunchy bits. the cheese and sauce sent it into richness overdrive but in a good way. i do recommend jalapeños to cut through it all. thebunwas soft and shiny- so good.

it was really well priced for what it was. had no room for the chips but they were standard shoe strings.

had it delivered so cannot comment on atmosphere or service, but the burger 👌

the best cheeseburger in brisbane. the meat, cheese andbunare perfect and the whole burger just works. there is no dryness nor does it lack in flavour - the entire eating experience is just... i don't even have words, you need to try it for yourself.

brisbane, we do not usually say this lightly but charboys is definitely one of our favourite burger joints of all time. and we have had a lot of burgers in our time. the pattie is premium andbunis perfect. i can't rate these guys enough!
