the response from the restaurant staff for some minimum information on food was very bad. he was very blunt when i tried to explain that i was facing some difficulty while ordering through zomato.

for me everything was ok ok over here.
i liked the taste, but the price for that food and the quantity they provided was not very good. for me food was 3 /5, price 3/5, service 2.5/5, ambience 3/5.

been here several times.

have ordered different items everytime and everything has turned up to excellent serves.

special love for pita bread with falafel and hummus

had an awesome experience long time before.... bt not visited since quite a year . how ever the price sometimes seems too much as compared to other places with better quality and quantity .

as i am a chicken lover so i really loved their presentation and the taste too. secondly the hazelnut brownie with vanilla icecream was also but the brownie taste a bit bad may be as it was the last piece. and at last we ordered kitkat shake and oreo shake both taste good but oreo shake was much better. ambience was also good.

everything was close to perfect. the service was a bit slow. but the food was worth waiting for. ambience was also fine. good dining experience.

i really liked this place. the food was really great! and the waiters were really nice too 😄 it's quite a big place with separations so people can sit based on their likings. the have hookahs and is a good place to celebrate birthdays and all. they play the song when you're cutting cake and all, it's nice. i don't see anything wrong with this place. it's a tad bit pricy but not too much that i've to take stars away. they've special combo offers so that's worth looking forward to. the ambience is nice and overall i really liked it here 😊

chai break ............ talking about it the ambience was awesome , i loved it. it is very comfortable and great . the service and service staff was good. i had tried a 4 toppings pizza and pasta along with supreme nachos and chocolate shake. we had asked for a plain chocolate shake but they gave us a mint chocolate shake. though it wasn't bad but i would have preferred the normal chocolate shake. there is one more thing that people should know is the menu displayed in the zomato app is not the real menu . they have changed the menu and now they have a different menu. the prices are on a higher side in the new menu but the food has made up for it . the pizza and pasta , both were fantastic ........ i hope to visit chai break more often.

very spacious. clean place. good food though a bit pricey. placed at a very busy road that makes the location very good. i had only been there once to taste and had pasta. it was really mouth watering..

first visit experience: though i am not kind of a person who write a feedback in the first visit, but my bad experience forced me to dos so ( though it may change in next visit).
i ordered for chef special cheese garlic bread,cappuccino & lemon tea. i was highly disappointed with garlic bread which was highly recommend in zomato. it was more of a cheese garlic nan wd dip for a whopping 260 bucks. cappuccino was more of a normal coffee type. lemon tea was highly pathetic. you are supposed to have tea wd taste & flavor of lemon not lemon juice served wd tea. price was very high looking at the food it offered.
i hope my impression will change in next visit.

but the food was quite good , ambience and music was good.
you can rely on them for there food but service is the main thing they should really look into.

friendly and the best service i have seen in bhubaneswar. the staff is clearly well trained, extremely attentive. they re polite and know what’s on the menu. ask a question and you ll get an answer. none of that “i don’t know”, “let me ask the chef”, etc. the mushroom soup is on point, the pastas are good, and the pizza margherita kills it! flavours are as they should be. their manager - mr. ranjan is always on top of things. my only complaint would be the small water bottles they provide. it d be ofcourse cheaper if they used the 1 ltr bottles.

have always loved chai break. except for one terrible experience, every other visit has been wonderful. the staff are polite and courteous and the recent makeover of the menu has been a welcome change. really love the new menu.

chai break is stress reliever for me.
always their masala adrak chai is the best.apart from that i tried non-veg hakka noodles and non-veg garlic noodles and they both were also very nice.i really like that they use their 3 sections efficiently by making two of them hookah sections and the other non hookah one. what i really like is they keep switching between the sections so you won't ever feel monotonous there.

chai break is the place where i sit for long hours, scribble down and then eat.
truly a good experience.

this place has a good ambience.. co-operative staffs and food is also good.. for vegetarians mushroom duplex is a must try.. they prepare it very nicely and caramel coffee too.
