understudy in the kitchen?. the staff at our hotel raved about celadon! we are not sure why. there were five of us and no one had a great meal, and a couple of us had poor ones. the pork chops were over-cooked and dry. the lamb chops were not bad, but were nothing special. also, two bites per chop times two chops does not a happy diner make. the appetizers were tasteless. perhaps the second string was a in the kitchen that night because many people we met in napa seem to like this place. the service was friendly and efficient.
