we love tapas! having had authentic, incrediblydelicioustapas in spain we are proud and very excited that dallas has a tapas spot that does authentic tapas justice. we started with their red sangria that had hints of plum. it was well-balanced and not too sweet – very refreshing! some the highlights of our meal were the scallops with trumpet mushrooms; the maitake mushrooms with smoked pear butter, farm egg, and manchego; and the cripsy artichokes with meyer lemon, fresno chile mojama, and saffron aioli. please note, the portions are tiny (hello, tapas! we heard people next to us complaining about the size) but each bite delivers a burst of flavor, so eat slowly and savor thedeliciousmoments! not only were the dishes quite tasty, they were also beautiful. we can’t wait to come back here and try their paella and cheese plate. it’s also a fantastic spot for a date!
