great food/lousy service. i love thefoodat this place....you just have to have the patience to get by the absolutely terrible service. we waited nearly 30 minutes for a table despite the fact that there were open tables and an ample number of servers. when carissa was finally kind enough to allow us to be seated, her attitude was unacceptable. she acted as though we had personally taken her favorite table. once seated, it was downhill from there. if you ask for anything other than what is offered either on the menu or in the way of cutlery, remikins, etc, it truly irritates the crud out of them. we usually eat there 4-5 times a year, but after the last experience, i doubt that we will go back. i can find decent to goodfoodanywhere, what i wanted was to be treated as though i was a valuable customer and not a thorn in thier side.
