long wait and rude worker. i ordered delivery to my dorm which is about half a mile from the restaurant and they said it'd be 45 minutes. after an hour and a half icalledup to the restaurant to see where my food was and the man said hecalledmy phone 4 times and that i didn't answer, but i never got any calls to my phone. plus, i sat in my lobby for an hour, so if he would've just walked in he would've seen me. i didn't even want the food at that point anymore but the man said he'd already charged my card and that he wouldn't give me a refund anyway since it was my fault i got none of his calls. my food wasn't hot when it got here either. overall i just had some of the worst service of my life, having to deal with a rude worker and waiting over an hour for a really small order. it's a smarter idea to just go pick up the order yourself or eat in the restaurant.

never again.calledin our dinner order, they said it would be 45min,calledback an hour and fifteen minutes later and they forgot about our order. the person on the phone was totally unapologetic. never again.

don't pay in advance!. when it came my turn to provide lunch for a seminar, i went to campus pollyeyes a week in advance, ordered several pizzas, and even paid for them. the morning of the seminar, icalledto double-check that everything was ok. an hour into the 2-hour seminar, when the food was to be delivered, no food! icalledto get an eta and was told that they forgot. by the time the pizzas arrived, the hungry attendees had donned coats and scarves and were walking out the door. there was a mumbled apology, which did not include even a partial refund. don't rely on these untrustworthy people.
