if you want to rock, this is the place to be. it's not for the faint hearted as music is very very loud. drinks andfooditems are reasonably priced.
most of the times it remains crowded.hence, the waiters may not give proper attention.

way too costly for just loud music? well that is not what i call an ambience to pay for. also thefoodis very bad and they will make you eat simple fried potatoes in the name of french fries. not the slightest value for money at all. you can obviously find much betterfoodat other places in guwahati at the same price.

had fabulous time in the cafe...awsomefoodawsome service...everything was so perfect starting from staff behaviour tofoodtill our exit moments...performance was rocking as usual..best place to chill out your weekend with any of your breezer friend.. garlic mushroom was simply awsome..will plan to drop down very soon!! best wishes!!

well, every time i'm in guwahati i make sure i visit this place at least once. this is one of the very first proper pub i would say. have been to this place for different occasions (lunch/dinner with friends/family, booze, dates, etc.) and it never failed to impress me.

food is really up to mark, fresh and well cooked. drinks are also affordable and good. the only drawback is the time taken to get thefoodto table. which when i asked about, the steward replied that they don't want to compromise on quality and so it takes time. well, i would suggest the management to figure out a solution otherwise they might lose out on customers for whom time is money or are in a hurry. otherwise it's a very good and chilled place to hangout with friends and family. kudos to the team! keep up the good work.

i found the place a bit gloomy with no ventilation and with a shabby entrance however, thefoodwas very nice. we ordered pork fried with bamboo shoot, chicken drumsticks and garlic fried rice which was totally worth the money.

cafe hendrix had a reputation of having customer friendly environments, be itfoodor the pricing. but recently i visited the bar and to my awe i found out that they were charging way more than what a bar of that stature would charge. a bottle of budweiser premium costs 390/- and added vat. when i asked why the price is more than double of the mrp, they said, it is the choice of management to set the price as per their wish. this review is just to make people aware that, don't always trust the brand name. jave a look at the prices first and then decide to visit this place. be aware, cafe hendrix is charging way too much than other competitors that provide even better service and ambience. choice is always yours.

the ambience is very nice...the only issue is that it is a little cramped for space & the washroom(for gents) is an issue as well!but people may wonder why i am still rating it as a 5 star!
the reason is simple: food!i have tried the fish fingers,dry chilly chicken, smoked pork(the star of the show) & its non veg hakka noodles(both chicken and pork).each of these tasted really well.the waiters are very professional and know their job well.and if you are a foodie (which i bet you are as you are going through the reviews to pick afoodjoint!) this is a must try.the price is little on the higher side.but they dont compromise on the quality of food.

it's a nice place to hangout. late night concerts are really nice. i was lucky to attend one of the shows.foodserved was awesome. people are nice

awesome memories starting from school days hangouts, college vacation get-togethers, office colleagues gossips, with special friends.

this is the only place in guwahati which have never lost its sheen though the entire guwahati has changed around it. it is an epitome of how a joint/cafe can camouflage without changing the basic structure/theme while the city undergoes thru the different stages of development.

every guwahatian like me feels nostalgic whenever he/she visits cafe hendrix because of the numerous memorable stories attached to it. be it the school/college/tution bunks. (i guess you got the context)

many of us like me must have broken their alcohol virginity here.

their music, life performance,food(especially pork), beer are the inseparable string attached to cafe hendrix.

i don’t want to give it 1 star but if i don’t do that i can’t write a review for this worst bar the taste of thefoodis terrible coming here is just waste of money and the staff is also very rude.

three floors and each has ita own ambience. although the most preferred is the top floor. apart from goodfoodthe place has good music, projector tv show and all you want to have for a good meal. lunch is preferred for meals, while night is crowded

cafe hendrix...it's the place if you wanna laze and chillout in the late evenings grab a beer or have a whisky on the rocks!!! the waiters are friendly and the ambience is rocking...but a 3 star rating cos their beers are overpriced with not a shadow of a doubt folks...so be prepared to shell out extra cash...they charge nearly double of a beer bottle which is unacceptable!!!foodis average...the starters are delicious though....still as a foodaholic and beer lover no room for overpriced booze😉🤣🤣

one of the oldest cafes in town, this is where i met lou majaw! this place is great for people who love rock music (now you know why the cafe's name is such! bands perform live music too).foodis nice. their smoked pork with bamboo shoot is yum. want to enjoy an evening with great friends and music- visit this place. maybe they should think a little about the decor- it's really congested and dark. will visit this place when i have beer on my mind with loud music!
