excellent choice for my lunch today. i had the cafe deparis(chicken salad), a green salad, and a chocolate croissant. the bread on the sandwich was great. the service was friendly. speed is slower, so you may need to do takeout if in a rush.

last year i had a chocolate croissant and just haven't been able to forget it - i just now got back for another one. where did i go? cafe deparis- it's on garfield near the library. it's a very small little place with a nice diner counter and a handful

ah,paris(say pah-ri). *joie de vive* the owner, khail, makes the best cafe americano in town, hands down. a charming slice ofparisin the heart of the nati with good sandwiches and a great side pasta dish. in the wamer months, nothing beats getting to eat in the garfield park and pretending that you're on the grand tour in 1900....
