i’m sorry to jot down my disappointment for this place. i was expecting a better service andfoodwhich wasn’t even close to disappointment it was disastrous.

not a single table was occupied apart from our table and they took an hour to serve coffee and tea, and exactly one and half an hour to serve snacks which was absolutely horrible and they charge a bomb.
no wonder the ambiance and view was great to spend some time but hugely disappointed with thefoodand service.

if you want to taste worstfoodin bhubaneswar you can visit here , 1 waiter is serving the entire rooftop here the chief work in cash counter the manager works in cash counter no body cares for the service if you order veg pizza they will give you chicken pizza , it’s seems the hotel management is totally messed up

the rooftop enviornment is very asthetic. live bbq counter is a plus to it's service. the rooftop siting chair is a cozy one but not the table. the dining table is not meant for the dinner or lunch purposes because it's height is too low and you need to literallly bend down. they should put a better table where the people can comfortably sit and eat. speaking about food, must try the hyderabadi chicken biriyani, two biriyani enough to serve 3 people, however the price is little on higher side. must try shanghai chicken dimsum. overall it was a ok type experience because if you really can't sit properly then how can you enjoy thefoodexperience. the rating which i have given only for thefoodand service. definitely i would like to revisit this place in the future.

been to this place for couple of times for dinner. the ambience of the outlet was pretty good. have booked the table over zomato and got the table soon i reached the place with no waiting time. on my last visit the restaurant wasn't cleaned properly as i could see cocroaches over table. coming to the food, we'd ordered non veg platter, chicken steak, palak paneer, roti. coming to the drinks, have ordered blue heaven and virgin mojito. drinks were okay in taste but taste of foods weren't upto mark. steak was bit salty. the presentation of thefoodwas nice. all are served with right temperature. staffs were polite. efficiency of service was poor as they takes much time to serve a dish and attention towards us was missing and they don't serve you food. here's my breakdown reviews.

apart of ambience there was nothing good enough at this place. service isn’t bad it’s the worst . it took them straight 30 min after we got a table to take orders although there were very few guests and 70% of capacity is still vacant. well in starter we ordered the non-veg platter and pamphlet fish which was just ok nothing special to be mentioned and in main course we order stuffed kulcha with afghani murg which was just bad. drinks were overpriced and u have to wait at least 30 min to get it refilled. if i have to compare with other nice places in bhubaneswar with this it’s the worst place in terms of service &foodwhere i hv dined. skip this place and thank me later .

awesome ambience and perfect place for hangout with friends and family. the ambience is just perfect to lift your mood and a perfect place for romantic dates as well. coming tofoodthefoodis tasty and they take care of servingfoodwith all special instructions in mind. service is a bit slow which can be improved. staff behaviour is very good which makes up for the slow service.

not exaggerating, thefoodwas awful and the service was more awful. except the ambience, nothing about the place was good. the review section here asks to be polite and friendly but the waiters weren't. dissatisfied.

it's a beautiful rooftop restaurant, perfect for dinner dates and family outing. has a soothing ambience. i loved the tent canopies.

coming to the food, we ordered tomato soup, fish & chips, bali prawn, tandoori pomfret, veg schezwan chowmein & schezwan prawn.
the tomato soup was disaster, we returned it after tasting. the other seafood items were all amazing & were fresh too. i loved the tandoori pomfret & bali prawn. i recommend it.

service was a bit slow and when we returned the soup, we expected the soup to be replaced with better soup but they didn't bother to rectify it. they even added it in the bill when we had complained about it and returned it without having it. either they would have replaced it or would have deducted from the bill. that's a disappointment from such a prestigious hotel.

it's an amazing place.. beautiful ambience, yummyfoodplus incredible presentation and great service.. the staffs are also very polite.. i love their hospitality.. loved it.. i will visit this place again..😊

ambience was good
but didn’t like thefoodmuch.. whatever we ordered was oily and had only two options for mocktail.. which was not even included in menu..

the ambience is grt.. nd u get to have nyc clicks only if u have a hifi phone.. nd dfoodws bad everything i ordered ws too sweet.. nd the service nd presentation offoodws far below the pricing standards.. 😊

any rating the place gets is because of the ambience and comfy furniture.

the service is as bad as one can imagine. the servers are not active enough, they don't even look like they notice the guests waiting to be served. we literally had to wait an hour before we walked up to one of the managers.

thefoodon the other hand adds to the reason why we would not consider visiting again. we ordered wild mushroom risotto and we got button mushrooms with cheese khichdi instead.
