after a stop at trader joe's, my wife and i realized that bushfire grill, a place i had wanted to try, was in the same parking lot. wedecided to give it a try. my wife had the panang chicken curry bowl (authentic thai curry slowly cooked with chilis, coconut milk, lemon grass, galagal, kaffir limes, coriander and cumin). she loved it and asked if bushfire grill was a chain. it is a chain of two, the other is in carlsbad ca. i had the argentinian burger with a beef patty (lamb is also a choice), which has provolone cheese, wild baby arugula, honey-smoked bacon, grilled bell pepper, house-made mayo and chimichurri. i had a side salad with mine. the burger was really good and i really enjoyed it. they called it medium, but i would say the patty was more medium rare, which i like. prices are probably a bit high for many people's tastes, but it was busy. wewere glad we stopped.
