the perfect coffee. being quite a coffee snob and having lived the past 11 years in brisbane, i was starting to believe that the only true way i would ever get to experience the close to perfect coffee, was my annual trip to melbourne, then 6 months ago, up pops this trendy little cafe in the heart ofmiltonin a world war 2 "bunker", i could not believe my luck after my first coffee, the crema, the aroma and texture all came together to equal what in my mind was the bliss of a perfect coffee.
my first reactions was to check where i was physically located on google maps, ok............still in brisbane, just in case i had experienced einstein's theory of relatively and had somehow teleported to melbourne, no this was not the case, my second thought was that maybe it had been a fluke, how incredibly mistaken i was, so far i have had over 200 coffees in the past 154 week days from the "bunker" and i can honestly say that every morning so far, i have experienced what some people search for the entire life for.............. the perfect coffee.
i give it 10 out of 10 fair-trade single origin certified organic beans!!!!!!!!!!!
